Avoid this company! Give your rent to someone that...

Avoid this company! Give your rent to someone that actually cares about their tenants. We are current renters and have had multiple repair issues that they just seem annoyed by. Communication is not even sub-par. Emails are rude and condescending.

Their usual repair guy is terrible. Upon move-in, the carpets stunk. The repair guy suggested we just spilled a cup of water on the carpet and that is what caused the smell. Every repair is a struggle.

They are dismissive even with serious problems (leaking windows, flooded floors). Ask to speak with their boss about said issues and he will ignore your calls and redirect them to the manager with whom you had the initial problem.

Will they eventually fix your problem? Probably after time, but not without informing you how much it is costing them and what a burden it is to fix said problems. (They must have forgot that is their JOB).

For Lancaster this is wildly disappointing. Customer service does not exist for them. I m sure we will lose our security deposit just for writing this - but hey, judging on the last review, we probably wouldn t get it back anyway!
