Quam is a 5 star professional. It was my intention to purchase the property through another agency that listed this property (marco), however, dreamtowns representative, had showed me another unit previously, the other agent was brash and put me off. Quam got the sale.

My sister called for an initial consultation about an apartment that was advertised for rent and spoke to the realtor Patrick Roberts. The call was on a Friday and when it was all said and done, Mr. Roberts let us know that he was going to go to the property owner with our questions and get back to us. I called to follow up the next afternoon and I was told that he had not had the time to ask our questions yet. (Which was fair) I asked him when I should check back in, and he said that he would get back to me. A week passed with no contact, so I called to check in and was sent to voicemail. This happened about 6 times over the course of about 2.5 weeks. We emailed him, sent multiple messages on rental websites with absolutely zero response. He ignored us until he had rented the unit out to someone else...we still haven't heard back. We had another realtor contact him on our behalf and he responded within the hour.
The level of unprofessionalism was not only absurd, it was incredibly callus. Promising a response to renters and then screening all of their calls/ignoring their emails makes something that is already stressful, such as finding a home, much worse. This reflects so poorly on your establishment, I recommend conducting yourselves with a much higher level of social competency in the future.

We worked with Dee to find a home in Chicago. Our requirements were significant. Dee took the time to understand our needs. She did not ever waste our time- she listens. Besides helping us find the perfect location she was super helpful during the process. We had not purchased a home in over 20 years and we needed guidance through the process. Dee was there for us.
