I took my business to Dr Copy on the recommendation of a friend who does all her printing here (for t-shirts and business cards).
But I would not recommend this printing house as nice as the staff seemed to be.
They seemed to have no idea the limitations on creating a t-shirt I had designed, predicted some errors which I agreed to and and then the final product DID NOT have the errors they predicted but some other ones they had not anticipated. At that point they should have not charged me for it since the t-shirt was not usable and quite ugly, but they still charged me $15 for it. I will not go back.

Their computers didn't work and the sales associate really didn't have any suggestions to help. You would think they'd want my money but apparently not. Only chose this spot because it's close to where I live and offers the cheapest colour printing

This guy doesn't accept a USB drive (needs to disable autorun), can't open a Photoshop file (main computer broken), printed a photo on a wrong side (non glossy) and in a wrong colour space. Two stars instead of one because the paper was good

Dr. Copy produced a banner for our event that was pure quality, bar none. The price quoted for the job was great value. They provided excellent customer service and were willing to work with me on my digital files. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service. They neglected my order for two months because they had larger orders to fill. That was fine, that I understood although frustrating. They had made my order wrong first then failed to complete it.
But once the large order was filled, they then still didn t fill my order because it was too small for the price I was paying. At least honour my order for the same price as it was already 2 months delayed, and then moving forward give the price hike.
Just a waste of time.

Called i advance to see if they would do a simple print, and upon arrival was told they wouldn't take it off of a usb - that i should have emailed it. Entrance is through a back alley, which I was not informed of either. Waste of time.

I went to print something off a USB. When I returned home, my anti-virus picked up a trojan keylogger on my USB.

The sales associate said that they routinely receive complaints of viruses being picked up from their computer, but since the computer is "public service," there is nothing they can do.

That is absolutely unbelievable. All their anti-virus programs were turned off. When I turned them on, they were all outdated by several years.

If you have previously visited this shop and used their computer, the keylogger probably picked up your password. If you connected your USB, your USB is probably infected.

A cynic might believe that this trojan was deliberately allowed on their computers. I honestly have no idea how they are still in business.

The irony of visiting Dr Copy is that you will get a virus.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
