DRC has been taking care of my computer needs for a number of years. I have a small home business, and they have always been very professional and knowledgeable, and taken care of all my issues as well as providing my computer system. I have always been able to get in touch with them if there is an emergency. I have always been very pleased with their service.

Omg Where was this place all my life?? They Take and recycle so much stuff. Finally got rid of my old tv set that I thought I'd be stuck with forever. So anything you know you can't throw out you can take there.

Fast, professional, and knowledgeable service for a reasonable price. The diagnostic fee was presented upfront and fully explained. Even better, when my PC problem turned out to be a quicker fix than I thought, the diagnostic fee became my repair fee--no additional cost.

I've been there a couple times for unrelated jobs, and when either calling or in person, always very warmly welcomed with a ton of patience to answer questions. Plus, super close, easy to get to and reasonably priced.

On a scale of one to ten with one being the worst and ten being the best; I give DRC Technologies a ten for their excellent customer orientated service. I found DRC's staff to be courteous,and knowledgeable all while paying close attention to detail. DRC Technologies staff took care of all my technological needs and requirements which included but not limited to hard drive data retrieval, the purchase of a new laptop, and the layout of a future high end desktop computer build. A graduate of Rutger's and DeVry Universities; I have been working with computers and high end technology for well over thirty years and I can honestly say - that you're absolutely making the right choice when you partner with DRC to be your service provider and technology partner.

We recently purchased a refurbished laptop from DRC. While it has only been a week or two and I am still getting used to the differences from our old computer- so far so good. They even called us after about a week just to see how it was going. Very nice company and super nice people. I highly recommend them over some big box store. JERRY

I asked for help with a simple task that I now know I could have accomplished from using youtube, (which I know because the techs there told me) while I was there I explained in detail what I wanted done and they told me they could do it. However when I got home and setup exactly how they told me to - what I had wanted done (and paid $300 for) did not work. I went back to get help but instead of trying to provide support to a customer the tech Chris repeatedly told me that it was my fault and refused to help further - unless I pay them more. This visit was very stressful and I caution anyone that goes here to look online first and if you must go to an IT place, please pass this one by. I only want to prevent others from having the horrible experience I had.

We brought a computer here to replace a hard drive. They quoted us 300 dollars to replace and transfer files. A couple of days later they called up to tell us the price was now 475 because they don't have the part in stock and were going to force us to upgrade. When we decided to go elsewhere, we find out we're now required to pay 50 dollars for a diagnostic fee that we had no idea about until we tried to cancel our work. We are very turned off by the underhanded techniques and will not be visiting here again for any sort of tech work.

Our company has been working with DRC Technologies for almost 4 years. From replacing all staff PCs with current technology to helping with our in house operating system and test equipment (which are old technology that we need to work within), Chris and the DRC staff have always been knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They have responded to several emergencies very quickly and resolved all issues. We will continue working with DRC for all our IT needs. They're the best!
