Hey those Hunter Douglas Vinyl shutters still look sharp after all these years. The material is incredible! I love my blinds and I love Drapery Tradition. Mario offers great service and great products. Originally called him to install a sun shade blind for my kitchen window and sliding door. Ended up having him do shutters in my living room too. He was easy to work with and has many years of experience. His installer was professional and experienced. The installer laid down padded drop cloths to ensure he did not scratch my wood floors while working. Overall a great experience.

Mario installed blinds throughout a new home that we bought. The timely manner that he did to order and install was great. It was one less stress that we had. Mario and his staff helped us pick the right product for each room. After it was installed we were happy with the quality of work they did . There was no mess to clean after. Every box that was brought down was put back into their van.

We were looking to get new window coverings throughout the house so we called Drapery Tradition Blinds and Shades. The owner Mario came to our house personally and took measurements of all the windows and sat down with us and reviewed all the different options and styles available. I never realized how overwhelming it can be to choose window coverings until I started researching types and brands. However, with years of experience and a good eye for what would work in our different living spaces, Mario was able to make the process not only simple but enjoyable. He didn t try to up-sell us at all and we are extremely happy with in the choices he helped us make. The new window coverings really helped give our home the modern clean look we were aiming for. The hunter Douglas shutters I received had gaps where the ends met. I called Drapery Traditions and was told that is just the way they come and there is nothing they could do about it. After Drapery Traditions received the previous review they came to my house and made the necessary adjustments and I am satisfied with the results.

We had Mario install some Hunter Douglas blinds (Duette Honeycomb) in 2007. The recent heat caused them to de-laminate and fall apart between the cells. With very little effort, Mario was able to help us engage HD, and we were provided brand new replacement shades at no cost. We were expecting a battle with Hunter Douglas because it is never clear when they say "lifetime guarantee" (who's lifetime?) and they have all of their caveats on their paperwork that gives them a lot of wiggle room on if they want to cover it. Super happy that Mario supported us and we will always recommend him.
We just had Shutters installed. They are simply gorgeous! I had no idea how much they would change our home inside and outside. Mario was amazing to work with. They have done several projects for our family and are very helpful on recommending the correct window coverings for each room. We discovered Mario and Drapery Tradition after ThreeDay Blinds totally screwed up the shutter project on one of our homes. They only carry the best products in my opinion.
