We had Mario install some Hunter Douglas blinds (Duette Honeycomb) in 2007. The recent heat caused them to de-laminate and fall apart between the cells. With very little effort, Mario was able to help us engage HD, and we were provided brand new replacement shades at no cost. We were expecting a battle with Hunter Douglas because it is never clear when they say "lifetime guarantee" (who's lifetime?) and they have all of their caveats on their paperwork that gives them a lot of wiggle room on if they want to cover it. Super happy that Mario supported us and we will always recommend him.
