So thankful for the folks at Drake Software in Franklin, NC!! I got to do some business returns, but was struggling to figure out exactly how to manipulate the software to make my numbers right. I kept wishing for somebody I could call that could walk me through it, look at my work and tell me what I was doing wrong. Then it occurred to me that they might be able to help. The worst that could happen is that they couldn't do anything and I'd be in the same situation. I spoke to several different reps over two days, and each one was so helpful. They helped me see where my problems were, and how to manipulate the program into doing what I wanted it to do. It was really more of me working through my problems out loud, on my own, with them on the phone. (It was over two days because I had three returns with varying complexity.) They were all so gracious and supportive, while offering me solutions on where to change information I needed. I feel much more prepared for next tax season and such a weight was lifted off of me during this crunch period!! THANK YOU DRAKE!!!!

I HAVE BEEN USING DRAKE FOR YEARS. LOVE IT. I WOULD NEVER CHANGE. THEY ARE JUST THE BEST AT SERVICE AND SUPPORT OF THEIR SOFTWARE. THEIR CE CLASSES ARE ALSO EXCELLENT ASO.
I HAVE ADVISED SEVERAL OTHER TAX PREPARERS AND ACCOUNTANTS
TO ALSO PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE.

I have been a Drake customer more than 15 years. I have never received bad advice or had cause to question the honesty of the support staff or its owners! I have recommended Drake to all my friends in the business and I've refused to even consider using a cheaper software! Well worth the money and deserving of my business and continued loyalty.

Drake is a great company . customer service is excellent they answer the phone first time no holding. they always answer your questions never make you feel stupid. always considerate. I have been with Drake now 8 years i have other software companies none of them compare to Drake customer service.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THEM.
THERE IS PLENTY OF OTHER PROVIDERS WITH GREAT DEALS THAT ARE WAY BETTER LIKE TAXWISE, SAGE, INTUIT ....
DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE SCAMMERS AND THERE CSR.

I have purchased Drake Software in excess of fifteen years. I need to get into my personal return because I forgot my password to my personal return
I pulled up the ERO info on that year, gave them serial number Account number, ERO number, address and phone number. Keep in mind how long I have used this product and how they are doing harm to my business my not helping me get my personal tax return open. If that info is not enough! what is? I find them difficult to work with and not helpful at all. They still even have a bug in there Accounting software that they have never fixed and we have called to there attention numerous times. Stay away from these difficult people.

THEY ARE THIEVES AND ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET IT BACK IN CASE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.

Terrible service and no food - very disappointment in this restaurant. Wait, it's not a restaurant !
