Went here today to get my windows tinted although I've been here several times before. I've always paid no more than $150 for all windows. So today I roll up in my brand new Benz as soon as I pull up I said I want all windows guy just said $250 off the bat I told him he was crazy. The guy standing around doing nothing is trying to make a buck off the customers what a scumbag. So here's why I'm pissed the morons scraped my transponder off my window which allows me to get into my community. Well now I have to pay $250 for a new one. I'm never going back to this place they are careless as heck.

I just got a brand new Audi, and straight from the dealer stopped at Tint World(big mistake) because it was closer, and long story short, walked out laughing at their ridiculous prices and headed STRAIGHT to Dr Sound, which I should have done in the first place because I had gotten my Maserati tints done here a few years ago, and the tints are still flawless to this day. The owner was great, and let me do regular tints on all my windows, and the ceramic tint on the windshield. Took about 1.5 hours, and all I can say is WOW! Absolute perfection!! Definitely the BEST tints in the area and best prices! If I get a new car i ll definitely be coming back again. If you re still contemplating about where to get your tints done, just stop. Go here! (lol) But seriously, you won t regret it.

I have been shopping at this place for over 20 years. They have the power to give the best possible price at the swap shop. I have been dealing with David and Aviv for so many years that I will never go anywhere else for my stereo or tinting needs!!!

I had a full radio upgrade and windows tinted on my bmw. The work on windows done very well! When I came back months later with issues with rear view camera they fixed it no cost and the tech spent a while getting it right! They re great people to do business with and plan on returning for any future upgrades!!!

Not only did they do a great job on my tint, they were friendly and help me with info on the best place to fix other items with my car. This is my tint shop from now on!

Dr sounds tints , provides the best tints . I got my front windshield 35% . And it gave my car a darker look . I love my tints . Always my favorite place to go .

I have used them to tint my windows on the last 4 cars. High quality at a fair price. They guarantee their work, but I've never had to test it.

They only care about money before you buy something from them look at the prices online you ll see. And they will do anything not to replace anything under warranty. They re are not professional at all.

I just had my windows tinted here a few days ago and so far so good! I called ahead the same day to ask if I needed an appointment. The gentleman who answered said I could come in now or make an appointment if I d prefer. I asked the time if I just came in he said maybe an hour or 30 mins. He also let me know about an online discount through their website to save $50. That alone I was sold and paid online and took my car over. They quoted 90 mins but it was done in less that time. My tints look beautiful and have made such a difference.
However, I normally wouldn t think twice about this or probably even had noticed since this is the 5th car I ve owned now, but this particular car it retains water stains on the upholstery. So there was a wet spot on my back passenger seat which I imagine Is from the bottle of fluid they use for tinting maybe falling over and leaking a bit. Like I said, I normally wouldn t even care but since this car stains like a motherf.... I ll have to get some soap or whatever to clean the stain out. Simple accident.. Doesnt change how I rate or recommend this business. My tints look amazing. Thank you Dr. Sound!

Avoid these scums at all cost they are not professional they tell you a time and then keep you waiting there like you don t have other things to do and forgot about my vehicle. Then say sorry I ask for my keys but before I can get them back. A guy started to spray my back window after I waiting two hours and other customer, friends, and family that came afterward were done. Please avoid there prices are too damn high anyways for that service.

Would definitely recommend! $99.00 special is a great price compared to what most places charge! They did great work and are out there just trying to make a living in sunny South Florida. I gladly paid them $20 additional to do a front strip across the window & left a $10. Tip.. only $130.00 total for a full car tint.. thats cheap comparatively! It took a little longer than I was originally told, but they were pretty busy and I will gladly wait for them to do a good job, instead of rushing it.. I was still in and out in about 2hrs.. there are plenty of places to shop and walk around while you wait to keep ya busy. Everyone was nice and I had absolutely no issues.. will go back, and recommend to friends/family.

Bubbles everywhere, no customer service. Said "how can you expect a good job when your interior is falling apart" after they broke my brake light cover.

I brought in a 2016 ford focus. "THEY DO NOT LASER CUT" They managed to destroy my rear window by cutting the tints on the rear window "cuts all over the glass". They had to re-tint the back 2 windows twice. My back right window now has bubbles all over it. This is the most embarssing tint job i have ever seen. The kids that were doing my tints had no idea what they were doing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone with a nice car. The prices are cheap but man do you get a cheap quality of work. Pay the extra money and go to tint world where they laser cut and properly do the tints and warranty them.

I was referred my a mechanic. They supposed to fix my headline. Unfortunately, lacking of customer service. Ace the guy I talked to two days ago was not there. He assured me that he'll be there on Sunday and that the guy that do headliner is there as well.
Long story short his so called cousin Manager "David" is rude and disrespectful. Also tried to overcharge me. I was very disappointed considering that I came all the way from Miami and get treated like a piece of sh**t.
Anyways, he end up apologzing....but I'm not going back there again. Cuz first impression is very important to me.

Not so great customer service. The person who took my payment didn't explain that my rear defogger may not work after uninstalling and reinstalling the new tints. I gave them a two star rating because the new tints look good, but the overall service was a zero star rating.

I asked for 1. HD radio 2. Bluetooth and 3. Backup camera. Well they installed everything at a reasonable price with a warranty. The install was superb

The world is very crazy right now, but some businesses are still open. I needed to get my car and my wife's car window tints done. I contacted them made an appointment and everything was great I arrived they did both my cars on different days. The person I spoke to on the phone very easy going, and Moe and Edward did a great job with the tints 5 star work.
