I used to go to dr marcus when I was a kid (I'm a teen now) when he had an office around where I live. He is such a nice guy and made the dentist fun for me. Once I am able to drive im hoping to go up and see him just for a visit. That just proves how amazing Dr. Marcus is. I 100% recommend him.
Dr. Marcus and his team are an incredible group of people. We brought our 1-year-old daughter in to have her lip tie taken care of, and they could not have made us feel more comfortable and at home. From the kid-friendly atmosphere, to the personal touches of having the actual doctor call you from his personal line to ask us questions before the appointment and checking up with us afterwards, Dr. Marcus is a fantastic person and professional. We highly recommend him and his fabulous team. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
As a lactation consultant, I value the pediatric dentists who work with us in helping mommas and babies with tongue/lip restrictions. I heard such good things about Dr. Marcus, that I ended up having my own tongue tie revised by him...I wouldn't go back and change anything! Such a personal dentist, and very in tuned with what's going on (checks in periodically over the phone!). Even the staff was sweet and caring. Definitely recommend him!
Do not bring your babies to this filthy dentist office. Dr Marcus is only about money, he will do a Frenectomy even if your baby does not need it. He runs a very shady office and commits fraud.
Dr. Marcus and his entire team was absolutely amazing. We took our newborn to get a frenectomy procedure and he really took his time to go over the procedure and walk us through each step and the reasoning for doing the procedure. Dr. Marcus took the time out to call us the night before and follow up the night after the procedure as well. The office staff is also extremely warm and welcoming and you truly forget that you are actually at the dentist. When our little boy gets older we will continue to take him here, even if it is an hour away.
I give 5 starts to Dr. Marcus himself. He was an amazing person, very warm and I m pleased with the work he s done. However I am incredible displeased with his office. We were told that their office was in network for our insurance (Cigna) and that we would have to paid outright for our daughter s tongue tie correction but that they would submit a claim for us to get reimbursed. However, it was only AFTER the procedure was done did we discover that they are NOT in network and now we are out $440 that we desperately need. I m very disappointed that his staff gave us false information. If not for his staff I would have given 5 stars. Again, I cannot say enough good things about dr. Marcus and the way he handles himself and his patients. I am very pleased with him and the work he did for our daughter.
Dr. Marcus is absolutely wonderful. He fixed my 16 month old daughters upper lip tie. He was so good with her and us, explained so much and showed her everything he was going to do and all the fun things in his office. Since her procedure which was just a day ago he has already called to check in on her. I was referred to him by many friends and family, although it was a bit of a drive for us I wouldn't have went or wanted any other way. I highly recommend Dr. Marcus!
Dr. Marcus and his staff are great! Even though I'm...a littler bit older than pediatric age, I still go to him for my regular visits, and I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned surrounded by all the cute Disney decor! Dr. Marcus is so kind, I've been going to him for years and would recommend him to anyone.
We love Dr. Marcus. My daughter has been a patient for 13 yrs and never found the experience scary even when she was 4 yrs old having to get her first cavity filled. Dr. Marcus has a wonderful way with kids (and parents) keeping everyone comfortable, calm and happy!
