Crust is good - a nice snap. But why they would use artificial ingredients in this day and age is inexplicable

This company does not put their customers first. I will NOT be purchasing their products anymore due to the way I've been treated. I emailed them on Sept 22nd regarding an issue. They responded indicating that they would send me coupons for my trouble. It is now December 3rd, more than 2 months after and I still have not seen any coupons. In addition, throughout, I've emailed them several times but with infrequent responses.

Below is how their "customer service" responded

"This is the absolute last time we will be sending you coupons. 3rd and final attempt.

158 of your emails are now being closed."

I was appalled to see how they are treating me. They are mocking me here by stating that I sent 158 emails.

Unreal. Never again.

They make the best frozen pizza without any doubt.. I'm eating at least one per week for the last years and I can't be happier with my choice

I buy both the spinach and vegetable thin-crust pizzas frequently and love them. And have none of them burn using the 425 setting at 13-14 minutes well preheated. Good stuff!

The pizza is horrible...it's a joke. Where is the cheese?? This is not pizza... You know what I'll do I'll do the same.. I will take two slice of cheap pompom white bread, put some cheap tomato sauce on it and I'll put a slice of Kraft dinner cheese with three piece of pepperoni and it will be the same taste...maybe better

I eat Dr. Oetker Gluseppe pizza easy pizza mini pepperoni. I would have Givien 5 stars as yoused to love this pizza, but they recently changed it again!! It yoused to come in a box of 8 round pizzas and was called pepperoni mozzarella! Was just the best pizza! Now it's 6 square pizzas and they taste nothing like the old ones! They had something great and they ruined it! So disappointed I wish they would bring the old round ones back!

I love your pizza. Tried 2 thin crust pizzas yesterday. I am disappointed in the mushrooms. They taste canned and are rubbery. Fresh mushrooms or choosing an alternative fresh ingredient would taste much better, of that I am sure. I vote for pesto with some tomato and perhaps red onion/pepper with a touch of feta cheese and a bit of cauliflower and broccoli mash.

Absolutely love the Dr Oetker Ristorante Speceal, has pepperoni, ham, mushrooms. This pizza is the best frozen pizza I've ever had. Everyone in my family agrees, Magnifico
