This company does not put their customers first. I will NOT be purchasing their products anymore due to the way I've been treated. I emailed them on Sept 22nd regarding an issue. They responded indicating that they would send me coupons for my trouble. It is now December 3rd, more than 2 months after and I still have not seen any coupons. In addition, throughout, I've emailed them several times but with infrequent responses.
Below is how their "customer service" responded
"This is the absolute last time we will be sending you coupons. 3rd and final attempt.
158 of your emails are now being closed."
I was appalled to see how they are treating me. They are mocking me here by stating that I sent 158 emails.
Unreal. Never again.
