Dr Neef

Overall a nice person with good staff, but very inconsistent. I had gone to Jason Neef to get back on to birth control after being off it for about a year or so. I had my physical examination done and afterwards we talked about how he would need to order the birth control implant and that it would take several weeks to get it and that they would call me when it arrives. Nearly a month had passed after my original appointment and I still had heard nothing from them. I took it into my hands to contact them personally. I called the office and his assistant put me on hold when I had asked about the status of me getting my birth control. After about a minute or so she came back on the phone and said "I have other patients to take care of, I'll take your name and number and call you back"... An hour had passed and she never called me back. Needless to say, his office lost a patient. I'm not really happy with how they treated me.

I have had nothing but issues caused by Jason Neef since my son in 2017. People make mistakes, so you try to brush it off and go back, but the mistakes he can make will change your whole life. Please do your research and always look for the bad reviews, because the good aren t the ones to worry about. I ll share my whole story when my lawyer okays it. I strongly recommend going to someone that isn t so overwhelmed and burnt out. He will confidently make huge mistakes with no remorse. Brandi is great, but she will follow whatever mistake he does and cover it up. The first step of being a good mom is finding the right obgyn. I recommend to keep looking.

I ve been coming to doctor Jason neef for 3 years & he Is very straight forward also make me feel comfortable during my visits, But I don t feel he Is consistent when I do come for my appointments I feel my visit Is rushed I m 6 months pregnant and every visit he only listen for my baby heart beat then say well everything looks good see you next time I ve had certain situations in the past & also dealt with a miscarriage and feel he should check for more & he don t I know he has been in this field a very long time & sometimes the drive for something you used to like doing can be worn down but women shouldn t leave the office still worried my due date is getting closer and closer and I m just worried if he is really going to put his all into making sure my son is okay & also myself. A few years back I would ve recommended him but now I just wouldn t want someone to share this experience & the front desk assistant Maria seem snappy & frustrated quick to brush you off and place you on hold forgetting you are their ms.brandy I love she has been the same & very consistent and attentive since I ve been going to that office keep up the good work ms.brandy

Dr. Neef took care of me during both my pregnancies. He is super nice and always made me feel comfortable! I also absolutely love his nurse Brandy. During my second pregnancy I had to get these shots in my hip every week for 20 weeks, and brandy was the one who gave them to me everytime! She is so friendly, sweet, funny and always made you feel super comfortable! I was always sad whenever she had a day off lol I would 100% recommended Dr. Neef... He and his entire staff are amazing!

Warning if you re paying cash are using care credit I was told when I called and spoke with Maria cash payment of $180 with no insurance for a well woman check up which I paid at time of the appointment I was never told I would receive another bill one month later I receive a bill for $402 I called the office and spoke with Brandy there was absolutely nothing they would do for me. Definitely a life lesson learned for sure.So I will be paying $582 for a five minute doctor visit With no lab work.Crazy

I highly recommend Dr. Neef and his staff. I enjoyed my first pregnancy using him as my OBGYN. Dr. Neef is experienced and very knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him again!

I went to Dr. Neef when I was pregnant with my daughter. He was VERY straight forward about everything which I loved. He comforted me so much after I had to do a c-section instead of naturally giving birth. He cared for me how he should of and once the signs of PPD arrived he assured I got taken care of. I highly recommend him because when I m ready to have another baby he ll be my go to for sure!

Dr.Neef is a great OBGYN doctor. He delivered one of my children back in 2012 everything went great. He will delivered my other child in Sept 2020. Dr.Neef and his staff are a good team.

Dr. Neef is nice, very firm, but always in a rush. Brandi is awesome and the girl at the front desk is super sweet (can't remember her name). Personally, I hate the fact that results will sit there forever until the patient calls about them. Literally every lab, ultrasound, etc. Even if they get the results they never pick up the phone to potentially give you peace of mind. Just not a good fit for me and my standards I guess.

Straight forward and informative. He was really great throughout my pregnancy, and delivery. Will definitely see him again next pregnancy:)
