Generally good hospital. People are very friendly and cooperative. But the place is crowded. As the patients or visitors need to wait for longtime effort can be made to enhance the ambience.
The doctors are very good. In particular Dr Loveleena whom I am consulting is very good.

1 Guava is a common tropical fruit cultivated in many tropical and subtropical regions. Its scientific name is Psidium guajava.

My father aged 59 who is a diabetic patient was supposed to have consultation over telephone due to covid on 31st December 2020 after prescription of medicines of high dosage for over a week. But it was delayed to 4th january 2021 as the doctor went on a leave. When we called the doctors secretary, she informed us that our appointment is fixed at 3pm. They neither called us nor informed that appointment will be delayed. My father suffered with lowering of sugar levels twice in between 31 dec to 4 jan, so obviously we dont want to miss our consultation and called repeatedly thrice with 30 minutes gap duration between each call. The secretary gave us doctors mobile number directly and when we called he spoke very rudely and insulted my father.
My question is if you cant do it why do you make such offers? And who gave you the right to speak with my father in such a manner? Ofcourse you are not treating him for free right?

Excellent service by staff and doctors. I am visiting this hospital for more than 8 years.

Very good experience with Doctor and Staff. Very friendly staff. Language is not a problem as staff is assigned based on your preferred language as much as possible. Coordination amongst different departments is good.
