Worst place to go too! I m not a patient there but my family member went there last week. Told me his experience was terrible. Heard someone yelling when he was talking to a nurse. The nurse apologized to him because he said he face was I shocked. He told me that person was being very unprofessional. I told him why he didn t complain he didn t answer me. Well I m giving him the answer on here.
Has done great with my 14 year old granddaughter getting answer we have never been able to get before
Doctors are awesome! But the front desk staff can be very unprofessional, will not answer the phone, will not return calls, and will not forward me my own personal information when requested.
Been going there for years,hours are great for working people. Main reason I go is all the Dr's are very understanding they listen and don't rush you in and out like cattle.
My husband and I have been going here for about 3 years and everyone has always been great!
Great family Dr whole family have been going to them for 7 years they are super good with my youngest daughter and they will sometimes call to check up on the kiddos
What a money racket..prescribed metformin for my blood sugar..I called and asked if they could call in a prescription for my one touch ultra strips cuz I only have 10 left cuz they are ridiculously high out of pocket..I have to schedule an appointment which will cost me more money..when work has slowed due to the winter plus this stupid virus..not everyone is rich like them..
Terrible front desk service. Very difficult to interact with. Front desk staff was rude on the phone when asking simple clarifying questions. Just as rude in person, no consideration for privacy whatsoever. Was told the wrong information about making appointments and hours available for walk-ins. Then when arrived at the office, she told me something completely different. Would suggest going anywhere else!

Went in for Labs at 8:30. At 9:10 I still had not been seen. Told the lady at the desk that I was under the impression that for labs I d be in and out. She laughed. Also when I was there before they didn t let my wife come back with me. Today they let in someone to go in with their wife. Absolutely horrible.
