They absolutely fail at everything. Horrible customer service, no response at all to requests (even as basic as mailing a 1098 form). Virtually a complete excuse for a company. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Your company is the worst!! I am trying to change my information so you will stop taking money out of my closed account and NO ONE IS HELPING ME! I will be reporting you to all government entities that I can!!
