I m big on reviews and when I saw their great rating, it drew into me into making the appointment. I m glad I did! They are great doctors and I go to them often for my eyes. :)

I had a wonderful experience at this practice. I had seen a different doctor over the summer and didn't feel comfortable going back -- he seemed very brusque and dismissive. I'm a little squeamish about things having to do with eyes, and of course I'm concerned about my vision. I saw Dr. Tung's wife, and she couldn't have been more kind, patient and reassuring. The young lady who administered several different eye tests was also lovely. I will recommend this practice to everyone I know, and I feel much more peaceful about my own situation, knowing I have the support of the professionals at this practice.

I saw Dr. Diane Romsaitong. She is a true professional. She has a lovely gentle manner, did a refraction for both eyeglasses and contacts, and the general health of my eyes including dilation.

The office is clean, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend these doctors! They have two or three locations as well.

Hi Dr. Tung: You have a good team at your Bellmore office. They are professional, courteous and efficient. Though I am not in your business, I could see assistants are all very well-trained and high performers. Bravo!

All staff, from reception desk, technical assistant, and Doctor Tin were very pleasant and professional. They appear to be very proficient and confident with their diagnosis testing equipment. A person trusts their eyesight to a facility, and they have gained my trust. I recommend them.

Visited the office this past Saturday and saw Dr. Li. The staff are really friendly. Temp taken at entrance and place is clean. There was only 1 other person in the office during my appointment time but we were not in the same area most of the time so I felt pretty safe. Nicole, (I believe that's her name) the technician, wiped down every equipment with alcohol before using it on me. I really appreciate that. She also explained every procedure clearly. Dr. Li is great. She was thorough, gentle, and patient. This is a great office and I already recommended to family and friends. Thank you all!

Very good experience. Everyone from the front desk to the staff that did the testing was very pleasant, timely and efficient. Dr. Tung was very professional and thorough in his exam and history taking. I would recommend this office.

The office staff is awesome. Whether I am calling and speaking to someone over the phone or in the office in person, everyone is super friendly and professional. The doctor is great and took her time and excellent care of all of us.
