Dr. Schneider is the most down to earth doctor I ever met. He is amazing and so happy he has relocated to Sugarland. His office staff is on it and very friendly. Giovanna was very helpful and friendly. You guys keep up the good work!
Dr. Schneider had a way of explaining in laymen terms of the procedure that I am going to experience. He was empathic and compassionate in handling my situation. I felt very comfortable with him, and confident that he has my best interests in consideration.
Dr. Schneider is an excellent doctor. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking around. He has worked out payment plans with me when I was unable to pay everything up front. I went for a doctor's appointment, and was expecting to pay, but he told the nurses not to charge me. I didn't have insurance, but I did have the money to pay. Anytime I need a refill on my prescription he always refills it without having to go in every time. I didn't have any problems with any of his staff.
A great doctor. However, staff needs work. No one will answer your phone call when you call the office for assistance (try it). When you do get to talk with someone (if they call you back) they will remind you that you are not a customer, you are a patient and therefore you should not expect to be treated like a customer.
I waited almost an hour to be seen. When I tried to get my refund so that I could go back to work, all of a sudden a room was available. I was still waiting for longer in the room so I got my refund and left. This office is a joke and it seems that everyone in the office, including the doctor, is incompetent.
Dr Schneider is an excellent doctor and cares for the patients and truly looks out. I can't say the same about his staff that works in the office. They don't pick up the phones or return any voicemails.
Dr. Schneider is the best. He got my ultrasound scheduled rather quickly to see if I was actively bleeding from stomach ulcers. I never feel like I'm waiting long when I go in for a visit and the staff is always super nice and helpful.
I have used Dr. Schneider for many years. Great physician!
