Dr. Arnold Goldman, M.D., F.A.C.S. Review

Overall I would say this is a nice place. Friendly staff all around thtmat try to make you comfortable and make you laugh.

I had torn meniscus in my knee. They first wanted to have their own x-rays after I gave them my previous x-rays and MRI done. It was determined to have surgery. No problem.

Very successful surgery with minimal issues. I had physical therapy for 2 months (could have easily been 1 month) and after 2 and a half months I was giving the green light everything was cool.

My follow up appointments were extremely brief and not as detailed as I expected. That may have been the nature of my injury so I won't judge.

No wait time for my follow up. I would go early in the morning. They tend to get hectic in the day.

The doctor himself is a very charismatic personality always with fun attire. He always treated me well with respect.

No insurance issues yet, jury is still out.

I would recommend and like to thank their staff for the help they provided me.

Worst Dr I have ever experienced not very helpful I m still suffering with back pain job related. He has no knowledge of workers comp requirements! Case has been denied 5 times now he refused to give me an updated medical with causal relation. Something that was explained over n over Yet he would write Diagnoses n Prognosis never causal relation! Not a good Dr.

I m a current patient and I have been for a few years now. Back than Dr.Goldman would ve gotta all 5 stars from me but over the years his staffing has caused those stars to go down. They are very rude and nasty not much help. They never wanna take blame for their poor job performance. I even lost my job because of their lack of job performance and getting the paperwork in on time. Once upon he was great now if you can avoid going here it will save you future frustration and headaches.Oh and if your looking for long term pain correction HE WILL NOT HELP I REPEAT. And please don t be overweight cause he is super quick to blame everything on that instead of it actually being a problem.

If you want early treatment, do not go to this person. I had a disc injury and the symptoms I was exhibiting should have had alarm bells ringing that this might be a neurology problem, not an orthopedic problem. Instead, I had to push to see a neurologisit after doing my own research. 3 years later, I am still dealing with this issue which may have been avoided with early treatment. He made me come in to check on me for five minutes when I called him in alarm after I started exhibitng more severe symptoms. Mind you, I had been waiting almost 3 weeks for him to put in the request to authorize the MRI. He proceeded to charge me even though he still hadn't done his job of requesting the MRI. And I still had to follow up after that visit to make sure the MRI was authorized. If you dont want long term health issues because this doctor cant get off his ass to request the proper tests, then do not choose him because of conveienent hours. Take that 1 hour off work. You might save yourself a lifetime of pain.

I was iffy at first but from the moment I called the office to the moment I left the office everyone was very professional and helpful. The girls at the front were amazing. The doc did his thang lol. Greatest part is they have their own xray machine on site. Sameday results which I loved. Thank u guys I look forward to seeing u on the 8th!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is does not know what they are doing and are so rude. I was sent to get an MRI without a referral script from this office. They told me I was good to go and only needed the approval number (which they gave me). I took the morning off of work to get an MRI done on my knees which have been hurting for awhile now. I waited for an MRI for an hour just to be told I couldn t do it without that script. I called Dr.Goldman s office to ask them why they had sent me knowing that I needed that script? They replied with we are experienced. We wouldn t have done that. Well guess what? You did. Clearly someone isn t very experienced in there. So I asked if I could change the location for my MRI because I was not happy with the place for their lengthy wait time. The woman in Dr.Goldman s office told me I would have to call the insurance myself to change the location (even though this is her job). I politely agreed even though they just had me go into work an hour late for their mistake. I called my insurance to be told that my authorization for my referral had actually expired and that the doctor s office needs to call my insurance to re-authorize. So I call Dr.Goldman s office to have this woman sigh loudly on the phone in such a rude manner. The fact that I was being nice to that point even though they were the ones who had messed up completely is unbelievable. She told me that they wouldn t issue me a re-authorization as it was too late and that I would need to see the doctor again. That will not be happening. I will NOT be going back here to pay another $40 copay for a problem that is exactly the same and that I don t need to see the doctor again for. Such bad service it s ridiculous. Thanks for wasting my morning.

Worst office I have ever been to ,the staff is not professional it is impossible to contact them .I was scheduled for surgery and they had to explain to me when and how I needed to prepare .No one called me back until I got through to them the day before .Medicines sent me completely to another pharmacy not the one that I pointed out in advance .Worse workers I not met on front desk

Dr. Goldman Very professional and knowledgeable .
the wait time is normal and not too long. The office is very clean and they have X Ray equipment in the office.
The Dr. personally removed staples and placed a new dressing on my ankle, as well provided me with all the necessary medical supplies including good quality air cast. The patient parking is limited but very helpful a specially when you on crutches. Highly recommend Dr. Goldman
