can you tell your drivers if they are sending programs for residents of Elli-Voigt-Str. store information in the packing stations to inform your customers or to ring the customer's bell.

It would have been better and more efficient if i had thrown my parcels out the window for them to arrive on time and without some of my parcels missing...German efficiency with this company is a myth...the Driver super lazy did not help another customer with her boxes,not professional and kicked the boxes when he had a chance...
Near to impossible to contact those rubbish people and when you do,arrogance and lack of customer service is their motto...literally do not give a rat a**about the customer but happy to take your money though...
Please use anyone else, dpd,hermes or even fedex like how the hell these people still got a job or still operate?

I tried to send a complain email and I couldn't find any proper email address. ..
I found only interactive email web pages, where you have no evidence of what you sent, no history, sometimes no attachment option .

I received an answer which blamed Cargus (but is not their fault) with no investigation from DHL side, to see what was happening and why they did mistakes..
The DHL's Deutsche employee wrote in computer less than half of my postal address.
In this case, how can I receive my parcel?

It is a real shame.
Is not the single company who has no Complain Email address, which clearly express that they don't really care about Private Clients problems/opinions.

DHL is officially the worst postal service in the world by far. NOBODY speaks English in their call centers in Germany, the ones who do pretends not to. They are really rude, unprofessional, not helpful at all. DHL randomly looses parcels, then they take no responsibility for it whatsoever. They don t leave cards when people are out and they don t take responsibility for that either. I lost already 3 packet this year. No refund. They told me they opened a phantomatic investigation that never took place. Don t use DHL. Literally ANY other delivery service, including message- carrying pigeons is more efficient, safe and faster.

DHL has lost a lot. Delivery staff do not leave a notification card, do not hand in parcels to the neighbor (even though the request has been filed online), shipments are "misdirected" and are delayed, are sent to the wrong branch and much more.
