The man who took my call was extremely rude and hung up on me after I simply asked how long it would take for a cab to get to me. I could see on the tracker that the cab driver had gotten lost, so I called again to see if I could get ahold of the driver since my area is a new development and sometimes GPS systems don t work. The same man answered, and again was extremely rude and told me to just wait outside before hanging up. Then the driver didn t speak to me, and ignored my time saving suggestions on the route. I ended up late to work when I should have been 15 minutes early. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This taxi service is hit or miss. I've used them four times...to and from the airport. The "to the airport" drivers in the morning were great, helpful, and very pleasant. Their vehicles very clean and well maintained. However, both of the return trip drivers were mediocre. Neither helped me with my bag, both of their vehicles were disgusting and dirty inside..
Always fast , gets you where you are going, and very friendly drivers!
Stop with the ridiculous rates and u might be surprised
The dispatcher is very rude in the mouth and driver don't give your change back and shorted me a dollar and then argued about it, I rate it a zero but gave it a one star, so never will I take a ride from them and hope others don't either
Coming home n was driving which one of your stupid drivers was backin up onto a intersection didn't see if anyone is coming almost hit us good thing my bf seen it bc he almost hit us and didn't even stopped..

I used them the first time (never took a taxi before) in a bad snowstorm several years ago. I felt so bad when I remembered later that I never tipped the driver. I called Doyle's to see what I could do and they told me that it was okay. Recently I used them several times while my car was in the shop for a couple of days. I always had pleasant drivers who I felt safe with and visited with during the drive, the last one even waited in the cab to make sure my car started okay when I picked it up from the service shop after work - around midnight. Very pleasant experiences.
The driver I had was friendly but the management I had to call was a complete asshole. 5 to the driver, 2 to the manager
Me and my sister were driving out of the walmart parking lot when one of their taxi's almost hit our car and the car in front of us just to nudge his way up then almost hit a bunch of cars at a stop sign he didnt even stop at, and laughed about it the whole time

Took Doyle Cab a few times they are very friendly I like this company. The only thing I didn t like about it last time is that The cab that I was in didn t have AC and it was very hot!! I felt bad for the cab driver he was sweating they should not be driving when it s this hot in a cab with no AC specially when you re wearing a mask I could not breathe very good and I just got done with my infusion so that s the only problem I have with that time
Dispatcher was rude, disrespectful, and I decided to go with Lucky 7, and what an amazing company, and dispatcher. The driver was so nice, the van was a super nice drive. I definitely will choose Lucky 7 from now on!!!
The WORST cab company EVER!! Rude and dirty cabs. Cab had a open beer bottle in it, and my toddler picked it up! Called the main office and they acted like it wasn't a issue. I cant wait until Fargo gets a better cab company. I would give 0 stars if I could.
One of this company s drivers failed to yield and about ran into me. Proceeded to lay on his horn until I stopped. Then he went a step further to get out of the cab and claim he was in the right. Driver wouldn t give me a name, but I would never do business with a company that hires drivers that react as this individual did. Older guy, grey hair and grey beard that was driving a Doyle s silver van. Can just about imagine what kind of customer service this company has if these are the individuals that work for them. As a company it s about image, this is a very bad image.

One of your driver's just nearly hit me while making a left turn from the improper lane. Also he only had one head light. I am so tired of seeing things like this by your drivers everyday.

The wait time it took to get a cab was horrible. I didn t find out how long it was gonna be to get a cab until after I paid. I called 5/11/2020 to get a refund and have yet to receive it!!! The guy who answered hung up on me upon the refund request!! I would recommend just using Uber or Lyft and not pay these crooks your money!!!
Looks like a very unsafe driver this morning watched him go through a solid red light and he was over a block away when it was still red. And it looked like he was going over 60 miles an hour down 7th Avenue.
Scheduled a ride for 9, said they always plan to be 15 minutes late....not sure why. Didn t show up for 40 minutes. Also didn t answer the phone when I called back a second time.
Terrible!! Got a call from a cpu telling me to make my way outside so i did. After 25 min of waiting outside in 2 degree temps a person called to ask where i was. After a brief conversation he stated the driver went to the wrong place. I cancelled my cab. I will also be placing a note in our company breakroom for all 52 of our out of town employees to not use them.
Driver was fast and polite. But, had no change at all. Paid $20 for a ten dollar ride which kind of stunk. You pay for convenience I suppose. I just wanted a $5 back...

Very good service...on time and a very pleasant driver. I had requested the driver come to my door being I had just had hip surgery and wanted to make sure I got out to the cab safely being it was snowy and possibly slippery and he did. Thank you!
The driver from cab 943 today was absolutely wonderful! I will use Doyals whenever we are in Fargo from now on. Thanks for the ride!
This company continually delivers unprofessional customer service, is always AT LEAST takes a half hour to find you a driver, and so unhelpful.
Called for a cab through the automated phone system, 20 minutes later received an automated phone call saying the cab was here. There was no cab present. I called back and spoke to a real person who really wanted to argue with me about whether or not I had called the automated system earlier. TLDR: waited a very long time and had very unprofessional customer service.
They left us waiting and never showed up. What did we expect?
Usually have a good experience but today i called and they put the wrong place in. Then i told them the right address. Acted like he knew better than me so instead of taking me where i said he brought me elsewhere
The driver was very disrespectful and aggressive, he's not even willing to listen or follow directions . When I give him my address he told me that he doesn't know where I was going and that's not what his GPS said so I ask him for a pen and paper so that I can write it down he refused to give that to me, then I ask him to take me back so I can find someone else to take home and he said NO. I couldn't do anything because the car was moving . At my final destination he refused to let me out . He stole from me, he charged me more than the usual price . He said that he doesn't care if I take his complain because the company wouldn't do anything .
Terrible. I called for a hospital discharge at 4pm and driver didn t come till 6:30p after I threatened to call Uber. We called several times and nobody seemed to know what was going on or care for that matter. Don t recommend this taxi for reliable pick up!
Called for a pick-up they confirmed it by text message. When they got there they said they didn't want to and cancelled.
Never had a negative experience with this service. Don't use often, only when I'm in a jam, but always a plesent experience. Most importantly, they get me where I need to go on time.
Some drivers are rude and leave you if you wait more than 10 min. Even if you tell them to leave the meter running and your property inside the cab. Not good business but seem to make a monopoly for the cab industry in Fargo.

Told driver he could add a $2 tip to my card on a $9 fare. Driver added a $200 tip. Called office and they have still not corrected it 2 days later.

I needed a cab from West Acres shopping center to my hotel in Fargo. The cab showed up at West Acres, but he was oh -so-busy playing with his radio, and could not bother to help me with my 4 heavy shopping bags. And then, he drove like a maniac, weaving in and out of traffic, taking corners sharply (to the point I had to hang on to my shopping bags so they would not tip over in the car), and then he drove right past my hotel. When I said, "That was your turn, right there, my hotel". He said, "I know what I am doing, I know how to drive". When he then took another turn (which of course, made the cost on the meter go higher) and stopped in front of the hotel, once again....he did not even bother to offer to help me with my 4 heavy shopping bags. I have taken cabs in England, Wales, India, NYC, and Hawaii. This cab company in Fargo needs to learn manners, respect, treating their customers in a kind way, and driving skills. Honestly, I had better customer service, better cab rides, and more polite drivers in Mumbai, India, than I do here in Fargo. Never again will I use this company.
Driver made me pay $10 to get my own belongings back when one of my bags got left in the car. He said he was across town but he got back in 5minutes. I do not believe him.

I wouldn't even give this company a one star if i could. First we called for a cab, waited outside for a couple minutes in a -1 degree weather. Then we just saw it pass us by so we called again. Another driver picked us up and drop us off at the hotel. When i grab my bag i looked at it and thought to myself "feels like something is missing" then the driver said "oh you got everything" so i said "ok". A couple hours later, i was gonna grab my folder with documents on the bag and it's not there. That's the time i realize it was missing from my bag that's why it felt weird when i grab it. I was thinking it might have fell out of my bag with all the driving. I called the company and whoever answer the phone sounds like someone who doesn't want to be there. Very unpleasant voice. I told him what happened he said he called the driver and he doesn't have any folder unless it's a yellow one. Wth?!
I doubt that he even look. It might have slip underneath the seat or sides.
Now, looking at all this reviews. This company have horrible drivers and they don't even care about it. I hope you guys don't find anything usuable on my documents. I will also post on Yelp to make sure your company goes down.

Scheduled a pick-up for 5:45am the night before. Received an e-mail with a booking confirmation. Cab never showed, called Doyles and they said they never had a reservation for my name. Missed my flight because of this.
Terrible service. We called for a cab after Jeff Dunham show in Fargo. They gave called us back with our cab number and said it was outside. Remember it was-15 degrees that night! We go outside to find our cab, but that driver picked up other people. We tried to him tell him he was our cab but wouldn t listen. Called company back as I walked along side of our cab. They asked to speak to the driver. I tried handing him my phone and told him the dispatcher wanted to talk to him but he kept driving and started to close the window on me. Would not recommend this company!!!
Its alright. The rates change per driver though, unfortunatley.
This was one of the worst cab companies in Fargo. I switched to using Uber after several cab rides were over an hour late or the service was suddenly closed down in the evenings when I needed to get home. And yes, I did contact the customer service line to discuss these issues with the company, but they did nothing to solve the issues.

Drivers don't obey road signs or speed limits. One tried passing someone in downtown fargo going almost 50 in a 25. Everyone who drives for them should have licenses revoked and be fired.

He was super friendly, and did not show any sense of irritation even though he was supposed to be off 45 mins prior. I sincerely hope he understands how much he is appreciated. Thank you, Ruben. I've never had a problem with them not showing up or being unreliable. I have had a problem with a few drivers being creeps or terrible drivers but all in all I use Doyle daily.

Dispatch continuously gets the address incorrect and then treats the customer awful. Uber and Lyft may be a little more expensive but worth not dealing with the individual I dealt with last night...
Worst company in town. Should have better moral. I was told that my cab would be at my pick up point in 15 minutes. I was never alerted by the driver that he was there. I finally went out to find my cab, he was there & proceeded to tell me that my place of pick up was inconvenient & he'd been waiting for me for over 10 minutes. I told him i never got a call from him. He told me he called me. I appologized & said i never received a missed call.
Before we be started driving he asked me if i had cash. I said no, I never carry cash. He let out a loud sigh & shook his head. I said, is that going to be a problem? I can get out & call a different cat service. He said, well cash is best but i can take a card. During the drive to my destination he continued to complain about how long it took me to come out & get in the cab. I said i never got a call from him, he said he called me. It was the most unprofessional & uncomfortable ride I've ever had. As he drove I downloaded the Uber app. Finally getting to my destination I gave him my card to pay for the ride. The card reader wasnt working so i gave him a different card. He said, well theres an ATM inside & I should go get cash. I told him I will not pay in cash & that I had already offered to get out of the cab & take a different car service in the F/M area. The card reader was a touch screen, I asked him to type in my card #. He said he's never done it before. I told him he's going to have to try it because I dont have cash. Guess what, he did it & it worked. He charged my card after 10 minutes.
If there is a possibility to give 0 Stars, I would. This is the 2nd time a driver has done this from this company. There will not be a 3rd. I will NEVER call Doyles again!
