Best customer service in the industry by a long shot
Nicely laid out 'little' store, and happy to answer my questions. Earlier in the day I went to that other shop with "himself and sons" in the name and was made to feel unwelcome - like they were in a hurry to go somewhere. The guys at Downrange were happy to lay out what they can do for a new shooter and added that the more I get in one transaction the more they will discount things. Thats what I wanted to hear ..!
Friendly helpful staff who are happy to help and give you suggestions even if you are brand new to shooting. They won't try sell you the most expensive thing but instead genuinely find out what you want and steer you in the right direction.

Helpfull friendly and quite well stocked. They seemed to have quite a bit of ammo and a lot of accessorys. Scope rings reloading gear targets and various gear for those that like the gadgets to go with our outstanding sport/recreational activities. I didnt fell to presured towards any particular brand which is allways nice they gave me good relivant information

I have shopped here often as it is close to home. Service is good but asking $100 per gun for a firearm serviceability certificate is just highway robbery! The going price is $20-25! The cost of fuel to travel to Marylands or Joondalup is never going to be $75. Lift your game if you want to keep customers

Great service, and they correspond with all the ranges around Perth. Plenty of storage services etc. They can order in for you if you need something esoteric, but not for any price you couldn't get online. Plenty of parking nearby if that's a concern. I am no expert when it comes to Australian firearms stores, but I'm still pretty sure you could do worse than Downrange.

These blokes are brilliant. Originally called chasing a few different scout rifles. Spoke to Matt - he was upfront and honest about stock availability, provided a fantastic deal on the firearm I was chasing and matched a competitors quote. Very transparent, helpful and organised. These guys are top class and really look after you. Lovely people, competitive prices but crucially really look after you when things go wrong. That exceptional after care is the reason I ll buy from them preferentially. When my pistol broke just before a competition they sorted me out in record time, no haste, no fuss. Really you could not ask for more. Highly recommended.
