Daniel Thorpe was terrific working with us in the seller's market. We wanted to get a top floor condo with an elevator (planning for retirement) and we needed to do that before selling our primary home. I have been with Douglas Realty for more than 5 years now and I am very very pleased!!!! We are afforded the opportunity for 100% commission fee and more. Support is my number one concern and Douglas Realty takes care of that in all aspects. If I need CE classes, have questions about a procedure or a contract item, need a referral to an out of area agent, etc. etc. IT IS HERE that I get what is needed. The staff is friendly, thorough, professional and willing to help beyond expectations. I never feel belittled about asking a question or sharing my disagreement on why a specific form is needed.
Even more so, are our monthly meetings. The amount of content covered, especially new legal updates or reminders about processes based on an agent's recent transaction, market updates, etc. are included. When I first joined, I wasn't crazy about voluntarily attending monthly meetings and I did not...since I came from another brokerage where it was mandatory and not very productive. Here it is in an agent's best interest to attend, yet life sometimes interferes. NOW, I never wish to miss one. If I do, no big deal...they are recorded and can be easily accessed.
We now have a Mortgage and Title Company associated with us and opportunities for social media, administrative help with flyers, etc. Great benefits that other brokerages have offered me, yet I will not be leaving!!!!

After a friend's raving recommendation, we worked with Katrina Hebert. She is one heck of a realtor! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. She has gone above and beyond her job and has been so helpful with helping us get into our home, and continues to volunteer time to help us with it after closing. I have never felt like I'm just a "sale" to her, and I consider her a friend now. I would recommend her to everyone I know. And i will definitely be using her again in the future!
