I was apprehensive to get my hair done by students at first because like a lot of people, my hair is important to me and it's a lot of my identity. I decided to take the plunge because I've wanted this hair cut and style for a while.
I got a mullet with red coloring around the perimeter.
My stylist was Ryan Garbe and they did a fantastic job. They made sure to check in with the supervisor every crucial step of the way. Ryan was really confident in their abilities with cutting and coloring hair. I was especially nervous because black hair to red is a tumultuous process but Ryan handled it so well. They were super conversational, charming, and amazing at the job. I will 100% go back and ask for Ryan any time I need to get my hair done and I've already referred some of my friends to them already!
The price was so cheap compared to other places and the level of services was at the same level and even higher to be honest than other salons. If you're a student you get 10% off (:

I went in for a haircut and an eyebrow wax. I had Austin and he was amazing! He did such a great job fixing up my curtain bangs and giving me round layers. Also a great job on my eyebrows. I have had some bad experiences in the past at salons, but Austin was so great! He made me feel very comfortable and also had great suggestions for me. In total with student discount I only paid $24! Amazing service and great price. I will definitely be coming back.

Ivan just cut my hair and I am thrilled. Very professional, but you have to hurry because Ivan graduates in 2 weeks! I felt safe, they wore masks and took my temp My cut was precise, and a totally new updated look for me. Thank you Ivan and Aveda!

I went to the school for a full head of highlights. I had the best experience with Destany S. She was professional, fun, and did an amazing job!! I love my hair and I have never loved my hair!! It s beautiful. My daughter will be coming back this coming week and requesting an appointment with Destany specifically. I hope she stays close when she graduates because great stylists are hard to find!!

It was my first time ever going to the institute, and I will definitely be back again in the future! Crystal did an amazing job on my hair and I could not be happier with it. She was so kind and friendly! The color turned out amazing, and I am so excited to come back and have her do my hair one more time before she graduates ! If you get your hair done here, I would 100% ask for Crystal, as she is such a wonderful person with a kind soul! :)

This place was amazing! Prices are so good and the students absolutely know what they are doing. Been getting my hair done for 8 years and this was my best experience. They are very welcoming and had some great conversations with me to make the time go by. Katie Davis did my hair and did an amazing job, even made a toner on the spot. My hair looks amazing and I had a great time talking with her.

Quinn Volk cut/styled my teenage daughter's hair yesterday evening. She was fun, professional, and my daughter LOVED her hair. It was a beautiful cut/style and we could not be happier. We WILL be back and will specifically request Quinn on our next visit. (Or, if she graduates we will be asking for a referral so we know where to go next.) Thank you for the great haircut and experience.

I had my hair cut and colored by a student stylist named Jasmine. She was EXCELLENT in every way!! I left the salon feeling beautiful, stylish, well taken care of and all well under my spending budget!! She did everything exactly as I had requested and then some!! I wish I could've tipped her, she did such an outstanding job!

I will definitely visit again soon! Thank you so, so much Jasmine for everything you did!
