This is the most heartless group of people on the planet. My husband has 3 job interviews this week out of town, my whole future depends on them and they would not let me out of Jury duty!

how does a business literally never answer the phone

Like other people reviews about this clerk, ive had negative experiences.

With that being said, my negative experience with the clerks was due only to my lack of knowledge and preparation .

Today I filed four motions, last week two motions all pro se.

I had a very positive experience with a clerk who gave me every ounce of help she could legally provide. She was fantastic. She was collected and wanted to be sure everything was right . she made my stressful situation less hectic with her demeanor.

Do not blame the clerks for your lack of knowledge. Prepare yourself accordingly and you will prosper.

I currently have been undermined in this court system and its truly embarrassing that although I represent myself, all hearings and motions should be same method regardless if I have representation or not. This really is a one star system that needs to be criminally investigated.

Douglas County is the most frustrating county to deal with in the State of Kansas. The phones are NEVER answered by a person and just the message just gives the phone number of someone else that never answers their phone. AND no one ever returns messages left for them. Douglas
County system sucks.

This courthouse has the most unprofessional people in it. I do hope at some point soon it someone goes through and does an investigation. Im a business owner and I would never think of behaving the way these people do and they are litterally dealing with peoples lives.

I visted the District Court's Clerks Office yesterday to file a claim, and the staff was overly pleasant and most helpful. It was an easy process.

My experience with Court personnel, especially the District Attorney's office, has always been professional and helpful.

Nobody answers the phone I can't get any information about my warrant HORRIBLE SERVICE like come on your guys playing with people's life I missed one court date and yall cant even help me with that...
