Doubletree Hotel Rosemont Review

Great place to stay. Restaurant food prices too high but great food. Room. Is beautiful but can't seem to get it cool enough. All that said, we are having a wonderful time. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, great service from staff. I would only recommend that the hotel please wash or replace the pillows on the couches in the lobby, they look old, worn, used and just plain disgusting for such a nice hotel. Not going to give less than 5 stars over some pillows though :)

Friendly attentive staff, spacious rooms, and great location to the airport. My room had an elliptical machine in it, which was a huge plus.

Work trip: I gave up the Executive rez get a King Size bed....Room was clean, quiet atmosphere & bed was comfy.

Favorite part are the cookies but rooms are decent but starting to show there age. Service is always good and having Gibson s attached is a plus.

Love the steaks. They were very well prepared for customers in this time. I wasn't worried at all.

Great location, they gave my mom free breakfast for her birthday, that was sweet! Parking is $29 for in and out $15 if you leave it. Beds were comfortable staff was friendly! Ice tongs would have been nice and maybe bottled water in the vending. But I'd definitely stay again.

This was a very nice hotel...located in a great location....with tons of activities to do ...within walking distance.....enjoyed my stay and those delicious warm chocolate cookies....at the hotel

Exceptionally clean room, and I loved the specious, open-plan style. The service from both the valets and the associates at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night, but had a great experience.

Gibson's is an amazing place to get Fantastic steaks and family size desserts.

Great service, wonderful staff who was friendly and courteous, good food at the onsite restaurant, airport shuttle.

Had a few problems with food. Food is awful. Breakfast cook was evil as Hell. Waitress & manager were wonderful. The rooms for wheelchair use are nice. Very large bathroom. Had a roll in shower and tub.
No ice on floor. Staff was pleasant. Has transportation to and from Ohare but I'm Not going back. Underwhelmed.
We travel a lot and I've been to much better places.

DoubleTree cookie is why I skipped Hilton So Hilton, if you want to steal your little brother customers, start cooking. PS I can see you from my window here

Decent hotel in a good location for conferences. Rooms were nice but for some reason the bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned well. There were hairs from previous guests scattered across the sink and floor areas. Pretty decent complementary breakfast for Hilton Gold and Diamond members. Also, for some reason, i was only given 1 free bottle of water at check in instead of 2, but that's not a big deal.

Very nice hotel, especially for Hilton Honors members. Service has been excellent. Rooms updates and clean.

Will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

Staff was helpful and nice in resolving a booking issue. Rooms are nicer compared to surrounding hotels. Sky bridge connects from the parking garage all the way to other hotels and convention center. Many nice attractions in walking distance. After staying here for a convention I attend every year, I can definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing experience.

Very nice place. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and everything was stocked. We arrived after a cancelled flight and it brightened our night when we received fresh baked cookies at the front desk. They were delicious!

Very friendly and responsive team in every area of the hotel. Clean and co.fortable rooms in a close to airport location.

Clean and well kept. The staff were mostly friendly except this one guy on the night shift. But other than that we bad a really nice stay

Stayed Friday night. Very noisy outside and the shower vent was ticking like a clock every few seconds pretty loudly. Overall nice interior as you would expect, but hard to sleep because of lights and noise

For an airport hotel this DoubleTree has great amenities. It also has a tub and shower so those that need to use a bathtub can.

Very nice rooms staff was helpful and friendly like having the bar not too far from my room

I got this hotel comped by American airlines. Great rooms! Gibson's restaurant in the hotel. Hot tub was good. Casino near by.

Sorry to say, this place does dishonest business. Especially in regards to conventions rooms and rates. They offered one set of rooms and rates when reserved early. But then magically changed their position and rates when we got there to check in. I highly recommend the nearby Hilton establishment, who honor's their commitments.

A resonably priced place to stay near the airport. Rooms are well suited for the business traveler or anyone who want more then a regular hotel. Great service.

Quick overnight stay in spacious king room. Clean and comfy!

Attentive and pleasant staff. They had the best option possible to serve their complimentary breakfast to guests while complying with proper hygiene during the pandemic.

My room was a little dated and run down, along with the carpet and entry to the parking garage but it was winter. Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet, breakfast was killer! Would stay again.

Very expensive. Dont even have usb to charge your phone.

Very high attention to detail here. They also have an effort to increase sustainability with options to reduce water use for both washing bedding and towels.

They provide a warm cookie as well as bottled water on arrival, which is great. The conference rooms are great for meetings, and the catering is so good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The pool is wonderful for families as well.

The attached Gibson's steakhouse is pricy but still worth the cost. I'd suggest there over the other food option if your budget allows. Even sharing an entree at Gibson's is a better idea since they have large portions.

Overall, a great experience.

Great location steps away from the convention center, shopping & restaurants. The amenities were as expected. Parking was a little tricky based on a shared parking garage, but once navigated was seamless. Great attached restaurants & bars. Overall good experience for any traveler.

Not bad. Needs updating though. Not very modern rooms. Good location though.
