We had a ball Labour weekend, thanks to Alecksander on the front desk. He gave us an upgrade with views of the Washington DC monuments. Thank you so much Alecsander, and Doubletree Hilton.

Pretty old and in need of a major overhaul... Not what I was expecting for a DC area Hilton... But clean...

horrible parking facility and to make it worse they charge $37.00/day for parking. the lobby area is nice, but some of the staff can be quiet rude. i was going to ask a question from the lady at the check in desk about the hotel wifi and quiet rudely she answered she couldn't help. had a similar situation when i asked another employee if there was another restroom near by because the one by the conference center was full.

The rotating restaurant at the top provides a unique view of Crystal City and the Pentagon.

Friendly staff, amazing views from hotel room, great food, great rooms. I had a very pleasant experience.

Its a nicely presented hotel. I was here to have dinner at the Skydome restaurant. Food was good, but service was slow and not very attentive to detail. I had to flag down a server after waiting nearly 20 minutes with not ao much as a hello.

The venue was ideal for business and leisure travel. Steps from Metro and they offer a free shuttle to the mall. Great staff great hotel!

Very interesting atmosphere, diversity at its best, it was kinda expensive, but for the experience of staying at a Hilton it was well worth it

I ended up at this hotel because of a canceled flight. The lobby is extremely nice and modern looking but nothing else seems to have been renovated in a long time. I had a reservation for a suit but the first room I was sent to was a regular room. Despite the fact that this is a nonsmoking hotel, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. All of the furniture was extremely outdated and the bathroom was disgusting. I have seen better outhouses along the Appalachian trail. When I asked about the discrepancy between my reservation and the room I was in, the staff were quick to get me into the correct room and very apologetic. The suit was much better than the first room I had been in, but nothing in comparison to similarly priced competitors (Marriott brand or Westin). The bathroom in the suit had also not been cleaned very well. All in all, not a place I would want to stay at again. The staff is nice but the accommodations are in pretty bad shape and in serious need of renovation.

Always nice rooms. I had a suite with a little living room area. That was nice. The beds are comfy. The cookies are almost always too crispy for my taste... Nice people though. Not far from DC (10 min Uber).

The location and room where great! The Double Free cookies were by far the best cookies I've had.

Fantastic experience all around. Clean rooms and a nice staff. Minutes from shopping and restaurants in Crystal City and walking distance (but he van will take you) to the local Metro Station. It's literally minutes from the National Mall and the sights in historic Washington DC.

Excellent hotel especially when you get a suite . Free chocolate chip cookies.

The bed was comfortable. However I had a few hiccups and it caused some frustration. The shower head/tub faucet was horrible. The bathroom was very small. The AC wasn't great. My door lock handle malfunctioned which was inconvenient because I had to wait by my hotel room for it to be fixed and I was having stomach issues. I was supposed to have breakfast with my rate and when I arrived I was informed no breakfast. So read your rate carefully. I waited over 40 mins for the shuttle that was supposed to be there every 20. I really liked the text feature they offered for guests to communicate with staff.

This was the first time staying here and it was a nice choice. The location was perfect and allows access to local restaurants, the Pentagon City Metro Station is a three minute walk away, and it is close by DCA. I was not impressed by the hospitality of the front desk receptionist during check in and check out (same lady). She was not pleasant at all, and somewhat condescending, but the rest of the staff was great. The shuttle to the airport is nice, but stops after midnight. The price is okay for the room quality, they are nothing nothing special. The breakfast is really good, and if you are a Gold Hilton Honors member, you only have to pay $5 to upgrade to the full breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but Hilton has done better.

The staff did not live up to the Hilton standards. Everyone seemed angry. The rooms were good though.

As a long term Hilton Honors person, I think this was one if the best locations this year. Parking is cramped and expensive but given the location, it's not out of line. Will likely stay again.

The bar in the lobby is closed for the holidays, Sat 12/22 - Wed 12/26. Big mistake.

I was disappointed to see it appears they do not recycle. Was there for a professional event and was searching and searching for some type of recycle container for a plastic cup. No such luck. Otherwise the event has been fine and no major issues.

Dust in rooms, also I booked room for 2 people with breakfast but they told us AFTER breakfast it was only for 1 person. Never again...

Like the Skydome restaurant unfortunately it has been upgraded to very expensive from quite reasonable as I remember it in the past. While it used to be open earlier it only opens for dinner now and the prices are high. Fantastic views on a revolving dome. You are paying for the view and it's a good one. Fabulous views of the Pentagon the Washington Monument, and many other things.

Very high-grade Doubletree. Shuttle to the DCA airport and also to the mall, where you can catch the Metro to wherever you need to be. Some rooms are set up as suites, which is nice. Rooms are notably large for a downtown metropolitan property.

Overall a very nice hotel. Biggest issue is the construction outside in front of the main drive entrance. Additionally, the conference rooms are a little on the small side. Lobby area is very inviting and the staff is fantastic.

Great service, stay in the north tower for DC views. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to catch ytain to the sights.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are large and accommodating for families. Great location w quick access to DC and shopping.

My friend got a bowl of syrup and Carlos in the Jefferson room yelled at her for it. What is wrong with having syrup in a bowl. I mean she didn't want her waffles to be soggy. This is out ragous.

Always impressed with accommodations at DoubleTree. This one did not disappoint. Large, spacious suites and excellent food. I can't wait until I can afford it again.

Pretty good overall, but a little disappointing. I'm guessing that is why it was the cheapest points stay in the area. The hotel is old and really needs updating. Also, no complimentary breakfast was a bit frustrating. All things considered though, I still give it 4 stars.

Staff was really accommodating to our requests, changes and was extremely polite.

Nice room, but they failed to mention the fact that their pillow were down, which is a big deal since I am very allergic to feathers. Also, no Wi-Fi in the rooms unless you buy it separately and most of the hotel is a dead zone for my phone. But the room was big, the amenities nice. Would be much higher if I didn't get sick because of their feathers.

When me and my son went I was amaze that it was in great shape. I was a little disappointed with the hall ways because they were redoing them, but other then that, the staff was nice and gave free cookies, the parking is bad because I had to pay 25.00 a day to park in there deck. The bus does take you to the metro stop to ride to the city. The room were clean, and the bathroom was too, it took a long time to get extra towels but when they came they were nice and very sorry for the wait. For the money that I paid I didnt expect to get all this in a hotel but it is worth the money. You are able to see the pentagon outside your window and the view is wonderful.

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend 2014. The staff was extremely pleasant and did anything to make my wife and I stay comfortable. The concierge Joseph was the most pleasant and helpful person we met in DC. This was a very busy weekend with Rolling Thunder and several reunions of military units, but it did not seem to faze the staff as they went about the business of running an extremely fine hotel. I go to Washington every year for Rolling Thunder, this was the first year staying here and will make this our permanent home while in DC. Again thanks for a wonderful stay

Got a good deal on my stay! The location is convenient and the staff is accommodating and wonderful. After I landed, there was already a shuttle at the designated areas picking customers up without you having to call. They allow early check-in an as well! Room service was fast as well. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Better navigation needed to find things within the hotel. You need to pay for parking which is not included. The service is nice though.
