Terrible service, my father ended up paying a lot more than what was required. If I could give zero stars I would!

I had the first appointment of the day and had someone else pushed in front of me. Jennifer has lost touch and should take the sign off her that says "by appointment only." She does not honour people's appointments and books unrealistic times. She always comes in late and makes people wait numerous hours. Don't waste your time!

Prepare to wait HOURSSS!!!! WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!! 15mins late is fine, 40mins is pushing it but almost 2+HOURS waste of your time and day. Get your taxes done elsewhere so many other places~

Jennifer provided a good service to us, but unfortunately the lady at reception was extremely rude to my mum when booking the appointments, we rescheduled many times and still had to wait. the lady at the front desk has no idea in life, she is the reason we decided to take our business elsewhere. what is the point of booking a time and date, when you still have to go to the office and wait longer than expected?

My go to place, gets really busy at times. Jennifer is a great accountant, she does her best everytime i come. I always leave with a smile on my face.

A very unprofessional firm. It is supposedly an appointment based service however Jennifer cannot seem to follow this as waiting for 40 minutes was not long enough, she had the audacity to make others wait another half an hour as she needed to take a break. This is rude and inconsiderate - she should have planned or told myself in advance in regards to the waiting time. I walked out on her without any comment. I do not suggest to trust her as an accountant, if she cannot be prompt in her appointments what makes you think she will lodge or do her job properly.

Great place to go to! Makes exceptions for those who are incredibly busy with work and are not available on any other days. Even though there is a long wait, the service provided is incredible!! One of the best firms in Cabramatta, Jennifer works long hours to ensure that her service for her clients are top notch. Some clients don't seem to understand this though, really disappointing to hear that others are not understanding enough.

DISGUSTING BUSINESS SERVICES... make 4 months appointment to see Jennifer then called the day before to make sure the appointment was a head on schedule and in time .. arrived 15 min prior to the appointment only to realise the client prior to me has been waiting for a minimum of 2.5 hours and still is WAITING.... a night mare to even do business with. honestly your workers are over booked don't accept any bookings or walks in and also ... when doing your taxes i'm surprised that the receptionist is even taking the details down in front of clients very very unprofessional and over crowded office

Accounting Dynamics has made it very easy for me to be able to focus on building my Business rather than having to deal with the headaches of my accounting and payroll. I strongly recommend them.

Wish can rate 0 star. Made an appointment at 2pm, still have to wait more than 3 hours. I went to check with the reception after waiting a long time, and advised by the reception the accountant is in the meeting. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait that long.

This accountant is full of greed and overbooking clients more than she can handle. I would not recommend this accountant. What a waste of time.

Great service, friendly and professional, i have been coming for years...Jen knows what her job is and does it WELL .. Yes.. it does get busy, and it shows how popular the place is, so be prepared to wait.
