The right hotel for family with kids. Has kids club with a lot of activities for them. Big pool with slides. Kids eat breakfast for free. Provide shuttle to Hard Rock. Near beach, 7 Eleven and Family Mart.
Great place for families with kids, many activities and all staff are very helpful. Negative point is breakfast , should be much much better comparing to other Novotel hotels.
Good location near Surin beach. Walk about 5 minutes. Clean room. There is a slide, wide pool, fun. There are a lot of activities to do. A little bit about the bathroom. The water doesn't flow, there is water in the sink and toilet.

Two slides are at an adult level.
The hotel is good, the infrastructure is also not bad, the breakfasts are not bad, the pool is a bit muddy, about 400 meters from the beach, quietly quiet, the beach is clean and cozy, the hotel Wi-Fi is normal.

The stay in the hotel was great except the food part where as an Indian I struggled a bit. Next to Surin beach and a lot of massage parlours. Overall the stay was great.
Unfriendly staff at check in, which is also not told is that they reserve 1500 per day from your credit card for any expenses in the hotel.
The hotel gives a dingy impression with some maintenance.
Rooms are clean and fairly tidy.
Breakfast is busy and chaotic and starts at 6:30 am with loud music, which can be heard in your room!

It may be the time of the year but Surin beach itself is a seaside resort of faded glory.
A few restaurants and massage salons, a stretch of beach where more plastic than sand is currently available.
You do not pay the main prize here, so you should not expect too much from it.
Good resort to play with children. The bubble party and other kids' programs are very good and the caustic rain is very good. I have two slides and my son rode dozens of times.
The place is lovely! The rest is complete and the service is top notch. I recommend everyone to come to Thailand !!! Especially for couples with children!

Family hotel with a lot of activities for the whole family (foam party, kids club, movie room, game room, ice cream shop, toy and candy shop). Awesome 7days buffet dinner in a different theme - I'm in love with the Glow night party. I stayed in the Deluxe Pool Terrace - this room is easy access to the pool, comfy bed, full facilities; hair dryer, iron, iron board, slippers, bathrobe, etc., Great Staff and outstanding services! I will surely comeback again next year :-)
I stayed here for two nights...the room was very spacious and I enjoyed being able to walk directly from my room to the pool area. The welcome cakes were a nice touch. The curtains kept the room dark when I was sleeping. The bathroom and shower was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It's great for those with kids and just as great for those without kids.

Good family hotel.
Minus one star for meager recurring breakfasts and for repairs in the rooms. The cabinets crack when opened, there are no remote controls for air conditioners, the Internet at the hotel often disappears, horse price tags are inside hotel restaurants.

And so the hotel is good, Surin Beach is 5 minutes away. Restaurants within walking distance on principle.
Upon arrival, they offer to deposit 5000bat. But this is not a prerequisite. Apparently it is calculated so that you can spend it on the territory of the hotel.

Really good hotel, clean and good service. 100 meters to beach. A bit small but fantastic. Good food at hotel and in the streets around there are alot of good restaurants with local food.

TL/DR: Just book a cruise, it will be a better overall experience for your money.
So if you don't have kids don't stay here. Not a kid free place on the joint. I have kids, but don't think the kids place is going to let you enjoy a kids free morning, day or night. The area is not close enough to a Thai community for you to really go anywhere. The kids place is very loosely supervised and we weren't comfortable leaving our 4 year old there for very long.
The facilities were not bad, but I'm not sure they were nice enough to justify the cost. The staff was pleasant and tried hard to please but we're not multilingual enough to help all customers (I don't speak Thai, I get it. This is a high prices resort, you expect a little more)
The service in the restaurants was slow and sometimes not existent. Simply flagging down a server is hard enough, getting the order right an getting it is another thing.
Neat. 200 meters to the beach. Breakfast good. Families with children. Russians ... Chinese ... like everywhere today. Expensive bar prices, ie almost in Finnish prices. Small boutiques nearby. Also 7eleven etc. Good and friendly staff like Thai.
Nice resort with lots of trees. Nice pools. Nice beach with super waves. Just some refurbishment going on and mosquito pest at dining area.

Lovely place to stay.. great for families.. kids have a kids play room, swimming pool and water slide kids love it... Great service, good food, we had a great time at this hotel and it is safer for kids... This trip was done thinking about our kids and they love it.

For an ACCOR group hotel, therefore French, nothing is done for French customers !! To stay at this hotel you have to be Russian and have children everywhere !! It was getting unbearable. The staff do what they can but above all no effort. You will not find any information or excursions in French. And in terms of catering it is nonexistent and the little that there is overpriced .. go to eat at the beach or in the small restaurants nearby. I do not recommend this establishment to French couples who want a peaceful vacation.
It is a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The room is a little old. The pool has small slides and I like playing with kids. Surin Beach was nice without being complicated. Over 80% of the guests are from Europe or Russia, and Asian people are rare.

Suitable for families with children. There are small pools, a children's center, a cinema with cartoons 3 sessions per day and entertainment programs focused mainly on children. The spa is a bit more expensive than on the street, but much better and more comfortable. The hotel is divided into 4 residential buildings, two of them have a construction site nearby and everything is in dust. So ask to change the number if they settled there. Breakfast is so-so, but you can eat. The staff is slow, constantly need to be customized.
The rooms are not very luxurious when compared to the price. It is a hotel suitable for children and families. There are many fun activities. But there is a charge near the beach, walk about 5 minutes

Noisy No air conditioning in the breakfast area. Little variety of fruit at breakfast, and fruit is not lacking in Thailand. Pool very dirty. Very expensive food. No transfers to Patong. Highly recommend others on site.
