Staff Interaction: When I checked in, the staff member was amazing. She was kind, answered questions and was terrific. That was it. The rest of the staff didn't seem to care one bit about the repeated dirty linens. I asked for my credit card to be switched, they took it, said no problem. But my room was still charged to the wrong card. Makes me wonder what my right credit card was used for.

Room Cleanliness - The linens were so dirty. I didn't notice - as we had a very late check in. The next morning, I noticed the dirty and stained blood on the sheets/comforter. *UGH* I went to the front desk, the attendant had the nerve to ask me "what would you like me to do?". I showed her the picture again and asked her if she would like to sleep on this. She said no. I asked her to please send someone up right away to replace all the bedding in the room. They did. But the next set of sheet had yellowed stains. I gave up.

The bar area - so convenient. The bar tender is rude, not kind. Clearly is tired and overworked- as that is all she complained about. AND - do not bring food or drinks (not even water) into the gathering area. The bartender will take it away -- even scolded my daughter for eating a sandwich -- and she wasn't even near the bar.

This hotel is just ok. Lots of rooms, older hotel. The cleanliness (even without Covid) is subpar. Don't do it. Find another hotel to stay at.

Very poor experience. If I could give it zero stars I would. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and booked it for two nights. The front desk lady was very rude to begin with. She was not very welcoming when she noticed that we were a gay couple. So we did not feel comfortable staying. We decide to cancel our remainder of our stay. When we checked out our tires were vandalized and had small puncture holes on the outer side of the tires. The manager on duty at the time Maria was of no help and said she couldn t call her supervisor and that we either had to wait or call them ourselves. We have never been humiliated and felt judge as much as today. I would not recommend staying here if you are of the LGBT community.

Nice place. They seemed to do a good job with covid related cleaning, quiet most nights but a lot of hallway noise on Saturday night, not really the hotels fault, just the guests that night I suspect. Close to freeway, gas, and Starbucks, what more does a road tripper need?

Outdated rooms with quick repairs made throughout the rooms (chipped paint painted over, caulking in hole, so on and so forth), verrryyy slow elevators, no cookies at arrival and the toilet paper is horribly places.
The outdoor pool was closed, looked like it was broken and the indoor pool is tiny and is publicly placed. No microwaves in the rooms either, although there are a public microwave on the first and third floor. We tried to use the public microwave however we didn t have microwavable safe dishes, our food was in flimsy plastic or Styrofoam.
The most positive part of our stay was Helena the bartender. She was very personable and made great drinks. She remembered our names and made us feel at home.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Didn t have a great experience. The staff at the front desk wasn t friendly and helpful to explain how the housekeeping system works at their hotel.

Which you have to go down to the lobby every single day and file a form of what you will need, for example how many towels or shampoo you will need.

So at my second day I was waiting for them to clean the room and give me a fresh towels, since no one told me their system, and no one shows, l called the front desk, which they didn t pick up the phone until my 4th attempted, they told me the housekeeping staff left for the day!

Also the bathroom wallpaper are tearing a parts

Friendly staff and clean room. Had 2 night reservations. Walked to our vehicle after first night and it had been burglarized. Went to front desk and asked about any camera that may be able to be reviewed. Was told there were no cameras outside. The signs posted stated not responsible for theft which is common but it did not state there were no cameras. Very sad that they had no cameras outside. We canceled our second night reservations and we went and stayed somewhere else. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here because the staff checking in were very nice. After speaking with some locals I found out that the area is common for vehicle burglaries.

This one thing I definitely say that this place is extremely clean there was no questioning that this place has been cleaned before anyone was let in the room the beds are amazing big screen TV updated interior great location around food businesses and restaurants Atrium is amazing pool area looks great next time when I have more time and I'm not here on business I'll be sure to check it out you will be charged $12 for parking but they charge $24 on your card don't worry it's for incidental and you will get the remainder once you check out
