I am property owner of Eagle rock resorts @ Hazleton PA, these guys provided me mortgage statement without their tax id, and it is illegal!, and they sell properties offering gift cards/ cash and they say it as taxable income and deduct money they promised to give for bringing potential buyers, fraud!!.

They will tell you all kinds of lies to sell the lot to you. But the lots are worthless. Stay away.

Rock Creek - Buyer Beware - moved to Colorado and was going to keep my property and just cancel $100/mo golf dues. Can t do that, even though I paid cash for the lot, apparently you re on the hook for the duration of ownership of the lot. So fine I ll sell my lot, NO one would call me back or email me back from the property to explain the best process. So ended up selling my $60k lot for $8k after 5 years. Property value went down substantially per appraisal district. Before you consider buying from them check Zillow and how many people are trying to dump their lots!!! Tells you something. Bad business all around!!!! Lesson learned...

Beware this is a bait and switch company. Was invite to there Rock Creek golf resort and spoke to Priscilla about the tour. She needed addional information. I provided her with the information she needed and was told to bring a copy of my and my wife's check stub. We also took the day off. Long story short...we took the hour 20 min tour and at the end the gifts that we were promised didn't happen. It ends up that we initially didn't qualify. This was never communicated to me prior to me going (was later confirmed by Priscilla that she didn't tell me). We actually liked the resort. But after being told we were getting something and then be told we weren't getting anything after we drove over a hour was real deceptive. Bad bad experience.

Responded to ad for a complimentary overnight stay, dining credit, Apple Watch (in exchange for taking a property tour).

All went well until I got a call two days prior to say something in my credit showed delinquent payments so they d be happy to have me, provide the overnight stay and dining but no Apple Watch.

I have proof of funds, sufficient income, 780 credit score.

Bait n switch scam!

Live at the Retreat and really think the management needs a lot of customer service training. I don t think the management realizes that the Property Owner s pay their wage.

The cliffs charged all the owners during the fire at possum kind for repairs. they did not contact the property owners on any aspect. also the clean up did not apply to all properties. when dispute they would not discuss the billing of the maintenance. please keep in mind all pay maintenance fees no matter what. the fees are extremely high. then you can't sell your property
