Rock Creek - Buyer Beware - moved to Colorado and was going to keep my property and just cancel $100/mo golf dues. Can t do that, even though I paid cash for the lot, apparently you re on the hook for the duration of ownership of the lot. So fine I ll sell my lot, NO one would call me back or email me back from the property to explain the best process. So ended up selling my $60k lot for $8k after 5 years. Property value went down substantially per appraisal district. Before you consider buying from them check Zillow and how many people are trying to dump their lots!!! Tells you something. Bad business all around!!!! Lesson learned...
