I’d strongly recommend avoiding, tried to setup a move out cleaning of the yard the quote seemed a little high at about 1130 I asked him to do it for 1000 said okay, after that it went down hill they were supposed to come before the end of the month he changed it to the 4th then the 5th of the next month whatever the landlord saw the quote and said don’t worry about all that just get weed eating cleaning the yard of waste done I asked to change the quote he then wanted to charge me 907 for it and when I asked him about the was nasty laughing at me me being disrespectful saying “I’ve already changed this quote three times so he’s that’s what it is I don’t want to change it again” I called their office to cancel it after the interaction and he texted me while they were apologizing for him that they wouldn’t render me services cause me asking about the pricing was disrespectful
