Wonderful, impeccable cleanliness, absolute kindness and good food

Excellent hotel, in particular the staff, really kind and helpful. Many services for children and funny animators. There is also a spa with hot tubs with hot water and children are allowed! to recommend.

I don't know what to add, because for us everything is perfect, the service in the dining room and the cleanliness in the room and respect for everyone, so for me it's worth the 5 stars.

A superb offering and a really great cycling holiday experience,

The cozy inn with a family room that hosted us well sized, well furnished and above all very clean as any hotel environment. The exquisite courtesy of all hotel operators, from the reception to the restaurant, accompanied us on this short holiday. Special mention to the restaurant, varied and of excellent quality, with always ready to fulfill any special request room staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some relaxing days.

Great value for money for a worry free cycling holiday with friends, family or on your own! You will make plenty of new friends there.

Great welcome, great staff and as always great food

Great experience. Very welcoming spa area and swimming pool. Excellent service and clean and very functional rooms. Excellent breakfast and meals.
The only flaw, in the presence of many children, as happened to me, it becomes a real chaos. 8.5 / 10!

Downsides:
-We expressly booked and confirmed by email a room with separate beds, we were given a room with two single beds attached (practically a double bed, the space in the room did not allow to detach them).
-A gentleman from the reception staff seems tired and listless and was not welcoming at all, for every little thing you had to ask several questions because he was not available. Also after 10 minutes of sitting at the bar counter we were asked if we needed anything (while two staff members chatted behind us).
-The car park is about 700 meters from the hotel and we only discovered it upon our arrival ... it would be useful to know beforehand.
-On the website it says that there is a gym, which from what we have seen is made up of two malfunctioning machines.

Positives:
-Breakfast is abundant and gluten-free products are also available, the breakfast staff is helpful and friendly.

In summary: from a 4 star one expects much, much more.

Nice bike hotel but lots of families and kids in the summer. Decent selection of bikes but very limited hours when you can have the bike setup for you by their mechanic. The bike helmets weren't great. Room in the Suites was nice and large with a kitchen and large balcony. The breakfasts were great but the breakfast room was very busy and the staff was a little overwhelmed.
Riccione is nice with a retro Miami Beach vibe and is a great and festive town. I stayed an entire week.

Cozy, beautifully situated hotel with a family atmosphere. Lots of variety in tasty dishes. Near the Riccione shopping center.

Great hotel we stayed once in the Loft Lake is once in the Fashion Suite.
Both very beautiful and with modern furnishings, all in perfect working order.
Excellent and plentiful breakfast, both sweet and savory.
In both times we also had dinner and again everything was very good.
The only flaw is the check out at 10.00 am it seems to me a little early, in the other 4 stars where I usually was at 12.00.
Anyway we will definitely be back

Awesome place to visit. Great food. Very scenic for bicycling. Close to the beach.

Great bicycle oriented trip. We spent a week there in early May, riding each day with Micol, a super guide. She was both enthusiastic and compassionate as we climbed to hilltops. The bikes were Scott, in excellent condition. We had a winery experience, along with a BBQ experience, at which non-riders could take a bus and join us. During the evening we had nice meals, and also both breakfast and lunch upon our return from riding. We stayed in the Dory Suites, 2 blocks down the road, which are a little larger and quieter. Dory has a complete program for non-riders, also - my wife did a cooking class, rode to the 2 events, hopped a train to Bologna for a day tour, rode a bus to San Marino, and could have done Nordic Walking. A great trip.

Exceptional Service - Fantastic Bike Hotel. I have just returned from a superb week with two friends. I'm an experienced cyclist, my two friends are both very new to cycling, but for all three of us there was heaps to do, so much to enjoy - and the staff, the guides, the bikes, the food & wine and the hotel - all were exceptional.

I came to the Dory on a personal recommendation and have no hesitation in passing on the same recommendation to my friends now. I will be bacl for sure - love and thanks to Stefano and his team! Sharon, London, UK

Excellent Bike Hotel, with Qualified Staff in tow, for Bike Excursions in the Romagna hinterland.
At the return, Good Wellness Center, with the possibility of Massages, by Professional and Competent Therapist.

We were in early March 2019, so in the preseason for one night here.
We were absolutely satisfied. Everything was clean and well maintained.
A super nice and very courteous friendly team at the front desk. A beautiful double room with partial sea view from the balcony. Our stay was rounded off by the very large and sumptuous breakfast buffet. We liked it very much.
All in all, we can recommend the hotel. Very good price-performance ratio. We would stay there again at this time of year.
