I am satisfied with the stay in this hotel meets my expectations

We spend about 6 years every summer in Rimini for June and for us it is a must to stay at Piccadilly! Endless courtesy, cleanliness and availability of staff are the characteristics of the place. Also for the office it is close to every service ... Nothing is missing! Every year, for us, it's like coming back to find relatives or friends. Highly recommended

Two-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View, Equipped and Furnished. Good price, underground parking included in the price. For those who want to cook is perfect, it is positioned face to face with the supermarket Conad.
Minuses: It is not clean during your stay and you can not have breakfast or have a cup of coffee.

We stayed in Picadilly for 1 week in late September to early October. A great place to stay and very clean. The view from the balcony on the 4th floor is fantastic! There was live music next door in the evening.
We would come back anytime! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. All in all, it was a great week.

Cozy apartments, equipped with everything you need and very close to the beach. friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit high but understandable, given the various services they offer. The only flaw, inevitable for the location of the residence, is the din on the streets at night.

Nice residence in the marina center with sea view Spacious apartment and courteous staff, if I really have to find a fault and that dogs are welcome as now everywhere the problem is that 5 euros a day are asked for them and this is not right since in all the hotels that I have ever been none have made me pay extra because the sanitation must be done anyway

A great residence. Very central location. I stayed in a two-room spacious and bright. Seafront balcony. Reception impeccable and available for any need. A special praise to Nicoletta. Top cleaning and super friendly staff. Garage also accessible from inside the residence. If you are looking for a residence for summer holidays or winter stays the choice of piccadilly is the best one.

The beach is right next to it and the view to the beach from the 6th floor is just great

Not the best experience, cleaning bad environments after they cleaned it, I found dust under the bed, on the dresser, objects of the old tenants under the mobile. impolite waitresses (some are saved). The only good thing is that it is sea front so you don't have to walk much.

Big, functional, equipment the most necessary. Staff very friendly. Beach directly across the street. Supermarket opposite. All in all good choice.

We have been staying at the Piccadilly Residence since December 2015 and we have come in any season, always in the company of our kitten.
The location is excellent, in the center of the Marina, facing the sea, less than a kilometer walk from the Arch of Augustus. A step away from the hotel there is a well-stocked supermarket, countless shops and the bus stop.
The apartments are equipped with all comforts, with adjustable air conditioning and a kitchen equipped with dishes. The presence of the microwave is very convenient.
The view of the sea from the room is spectacular; the view from the kitchen side is also enchanting, which sweeps across the green hills of Rimini.
The staff are polite, helpful and always very friendly.

Very quiet residence, for families, very central. Close to bars, restaurants and a great supermarket

Not a scary hotel. The location is very good. Located on the first line. On against the hotel supermarket. Near the park, many restaurants, cafes, shops. There is also a seafood restaurant, but you must reserve a place in advance. The tourist office is located through the park, from where buses run to San Marino and outlets.

I spent a fabulous week of vacation, nice clean apartment and very close to the sea. We will meet again next year

Residence convenient as location but needs maintenance, broken fixtures marked but without result, broken bathroom taps. Cleaning only of the bathroom but also poor, the beds were never remade. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff

Excellent compromise for a holiday at an affordable cost

Reception and excellent availability but the room a real disaster. As soon as I got to my room I saw that the door was poorly fitted and this created a draft (and by the way was not the only one in the room) that made the room cold, since the hall opened onto an open terrace. Entering the room I saw that the heating consisted of a single heater in the bathroom, not enough for the room. The air conditioner was better not to turn it on because the air filter had not been cleaned for years due to the dust coming out. The room seemed inhabited by mites, there was dust everywhere: on television, on the stove, and even on the floor in the bathroom mat. The kitchen utensils were a bit poor and in my opinion not very clean. One last flaw: the noise. It was like being in a room without windows, you could hear everything, as if the cars on the street were in the room with me. If the neighbor moved the chair we could hear it. Room quality so bad.

I often go to Rimini for work and I must recognize that for the same price, this is the best structure in which I stayed. My room was a two-room apartment with a beautiful sea view. The residence is practically on the beach you just have to cross the street. The rooms are spotless and the staff is very kind and ready to satisfy every request. On the day of departure, having no arrivals, they left my room at no cost for me in the afternoon, giving me the opportunity to have a day at the beach after a conference.

As always, maximum welcome. Attentive friendly staff is really good to try recommend.

Wonderful hotel located in the most beautiful place in rimini friendliness of the staff maximum cleanliness and service.

For the rooms on the top floor they charge 10% more expensive, calling them penthouses, although they differ from other floors only with newer furniture.

The location is extraordinary, the underground parking is not for everyone, large, clean and bright apartments, it is always a great pleasure to go there ... the COMPLIMENTS staff is very kind ....

We stayed 3 to 7 January. Central position panoramic view. Clean and equipped with everything you need. Even a TV in every room. We had a great time. We will definitely be back. Absolutely to recommend. Laura and Alessandro Boffino.

It is very well located, it is not luxurious but if comfortable, it has a kitchen angle and a large refrigerator. Cleaning is at the guest's expense. The beaches are across the street and they are super big. If I would go back.

Convenient to the sea and to the center of Rimini, rooms with kitchens, beds with mattresses to be changed.
