The tire Dept was very professional and worked steady and fast while practicing safety and was very time conscious on getting me out great job guys.

Service was pretty quick. But it's 95 degrees outside and they expect you to sit in the heat while they change tires. Then it made it even worse cause I was sick and very weak and still made me get out of the truck. When y'all do a service call. The driver not the passenger don't get out so tell me what the difference is. Yeah I'm a bit upset. Hope they do better on the service in that department. Over all. The guys at the back desk were really nice. Wesley was one of them not sure of the other ones name. I sure hope my husband don't buy tires from them again. Sorry I even talked him into buying from there. Well stay safe out there on the road. Keep all 18 wheels rolling and straight up! God Bless!

They came and got me of the side if the road, they jumped right on my trailer and got it fixed right. Great job guys

I called to see about a tune up on my 93 e350 econoline...was told they " don't work on the older stuff...cause they have pre-existing problems...it seems to me unless a vehicle is brand new...it has pre-existing problems...am I right..otherwise no one would need to have anything worked on at all....VERY DISAPPOINTING...wasn't aware a tune up was a pre-existing problem!!!

We use a 3rd party for billing for our truck Got to dorsey tire checked in then said they have to get approval Only truck here One hour later called the 3rd party company said Approval was given 7 minutes after they Submitted the work order..why did I sit here for 1 hr for my tire ????...

Also 6 employees in the office no one wearing a mask...could not wait to get out of there.....
