Left 7am 2nd day not loaded as never received a call

20 trucks waiting at the facility

Instructed to keep reefer at -10 all the time otherwise will be rejected

Broker: Michael Small from Scotlynn gave attitude when we decided to leave after 19hours wait.

We quote: We will not be reimbursing for detention or fuel expenses as you fell out on a good load.

Proper compensation would have been given had you stayed on the load, but since you left by your own decision without the load being cancelled there is nothing we can do.

We will take you off the load, notate the fallout in the system and recover the load with someone else at this time.

Update: Dorada called to give a door after 23h at 10:50 2nd day

As truck left, we explained the Dorada guy our decision based on the situation.

After we told him if they will continue this practice nobody will want to load there. Dorada superviser literally yelled at us by phone TO NOT TEACH THEM HOW TO WORK. Dropped the phone when told the call is being registered

Zero stars. 10:00- 17:00 off load. 15 skids. Avoid this place. No good. Oklahoma usually has good hard working people. Not here.

Interviewed there today, everything was super clean, took good COVID-19 precautions and everyone was super nice and helpful!

Work here they are unorganized and short on line leaders. Me personally I would make sure the employees that are operators have their help that they need for the shift doradas foods people ain't machine's God Bless.

This place is one of the best place to deliver loads ...from security guard all the way to warehouse manager are very friendly and pleasant!!! I had a appointment at 8:00am delivery show up at 8:00pm the night before to use their facility for over night parking ...as soon as I checked in they got me a door got me unloaded in 30 minutes 22 pallets...i don't know why people leaving bad reviews its not true ...this place is very a good place to deliver because down here people come to work NO dramas, NO lies NO excuses...management go above and behind to make sure get the driver moving as safely and quickly as possible...THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND APPRECIATE OUR TIME !!!

People working here was really nice! Easy to find truck entrance.
The only bad thing it's that I have appointment to get unloaded at 9:00am and waiting time was 2 hrs after appointment to be assigned to a dock. Anyways they unload me in 25 min and I was ready to roll!

Truckers beware .... they are way back with production.

Loaded 9 hours after appointment time. Wont let you park on lot they will make you find parking elsewhere until they call you. Must arrive precooled to at least 20 degrees. Worst place I've ever picked up at and that's saying something.

I work in the maintenance department. I can finally say i love waking up and coming to work! People leaving bad reviews just don't like to work or don't want to excel. Great people and fast environment. Great pay, and great benefits, and my supervisor is awesome! HR department is awesome too. Everything is awesome.
