My family has known Mr. Mansfield for quite a while. That was my first reason for going to Donnell Salem but everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. The finance part was simple and easily explained so I could understand. I have also used the service center in the past and I have been very pleased with the service that this dealership has provided. Mr. Mansfield worked with me and was very honest from start to finish and went and got the truck I wanted after me stopping and mentioning I wanted a different color truck. They were also very honest about my trade and everything was explained so that I understood where things were at. There was no games played here unlike a lot of other dealers I have dealt with. I appreciate his and all the other people working at this dealerships work and care for their jobs in order to make this a simple easy experience for all customers. I am definitely happy with my new truck and I plan on using this dealer in the future. Thanks Again!!!

Good people but my heavens, how the price of a car has increased over the years.

Our experience with this dealership leaves a sour taste! We take a car up for warranty service and are told car won't start. The vehicle ran when taken there. We go to haul car home since they want to charge to get car started and car fires right up! My thoughts are they don't make money on warranty work so they were trying to make money another way. Very very disappointed in the service at this dealership!

Robyn Anderson went above and beyond expectations him and his employee did a amazing fast and thorough work and got me back up and running..

After searching for the perfect vehicle, I found one an hour and a half away from my home! On March 27, 2019 after spending about 4 hours for the financing to come back approved, it was closing time. They didn't have anyone to detail the vehicle so it wasn't the cleanest. I was assured that they would fill up the gas, but as we head out after an exhausting day the gas light is on red and I have to hurry to get some at the closest gas station. They put on a paper/cardboard temp tag with no laminate and no plate frame which came off as we were driving home apparently so I had to spend more money to buy another temp registration. When I called about them not putting any gas in the vehicle, I was told they would send a gas card in the mail. Still haven't received THAT yet. It's like they don't even try! Ohh but hey, I have a free oil change coming. HA!

Dave Julian is a great salesman. I have purchased two Lincolns from him and he has always been wonderful. Donnell Lincoln treats their customers great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln.

My Dad bought a new truck from Marc. He was super helpful in finding him what he wanted and having it delivered to the dealership. I gave Marc a price my Dad had found at another dealership and he was able to beat that price. Great guy and even better experience!!! I don't believe in writing reviews, but Jason Murdock did an exceptional job being honest / upfront / and easy to work with. Driving from 6 hours away to purchase a car you could imagine I had questions, a lot of them, before committing to the drive. He answered them all. If you want an honest salesman, who treats you like a person and not a target ask for Jason.

Only wish he could have given me the birthday discount! Haha

WOW, what a great experience I had at Donnell Ford Lincoln of Salem. My brother stopped there and talked to Marc Beckett, he told him I was going to another dealership first and Marc said no problem. "Please come back before you make a decision" is what he said NO PRESSURE!!! He had confidence in his product and so much knowledge. My brother liked him and we went back Marc crushed the competition, not only with price, but he gave me better trade numbers and took the time to find me a vehicle that I LOVE!!!

Took my MKX in because I was having transmission problems. I told them that the vehicle jerked when downshifting from overdrive to lower gear. It happens around 45mph. They test drove it in all 25 mph locations and told me it was fine.. and doing good. I don t like to be treated as though I m crazy, and made the whole thing up. What a waste of everyone s time. Why is it so hard to trade money for services?

I cannot recommend Donnell of Salem enough! I had such terrible experiences with the other dealers prior to Donnell! All the places i went pestered me to come in but when i did i got denied. Donnell & Scott McLaughlin showed up in my newsfeed so i gave them a chance. Scott was SO wonderful right from the beginning! I explained the situation & how discouraged i was with buying a car. He told me if i gave him a shot there was a %95 chance i would be leaving with a vehicle...he wasn't kidding! He made it so fun & casual. Nothing like the other places had! I was searching for a Lincoln MKC and I found the exact car that I wanted at Donnell Ford in Salem Ohio. My husband called the dealership and spoke with Gary DeMarchis. We decided to purchase the car sight unseen and wanted to drive the car home on the same day we signed the papers. The car was ready when we arrived and we were not disappointed. *Update* it is 7/22 and I bought my car on 6/15. Donnell Ford still hasn't sent or given me my title for my car.

They say they sent my title, but it's the 27th and still no title.

*Update* DF says they sent it out on the 12th. The post office stamp says the 16th. I did receive it till the 22nd because they sent my title to the wrong address.

This has been a total headache. I strongly advise that people don't go to this Donnell Ford.

Rude unable to deliver. Will not be doing business with them.

I don t see how they have so many five star rating when they don t properly advertise vehicles. Went up there to look at a truck, and the frame look like Swiss cheese from all the rust. And all they did was spray paint all the rust with black trying to cover it up.

I purchased my car in October and recently it started to experience some technical difficulties. It was something that Donnell wouldn't have known about, but did that stop them from taking care of it? Absolutely not! They addressed the issue without hesitation and gave me a rental until the problem was resolved completely.

I cannot stress enough how relieving it is too work with such an amazing company. Not only did they make the entire process worry-free for me, but the staff is some of the friendliest and nicest people I have ever met. So thank you for everything you do for your customers! They run your credit report and u take a hit on your score then they say they didn't get your credit app and don't return your calls thats cause your credit score is worth there time but they say guaranteed credit approval

In the past year, my husband and I have bought several cars from Donnell Ford Lincoln of Salem. We always had great customer service with the salespeople, especially Jason. However after today, I am not sure I will be returning. My husband and I took our truck and car in for service. The Service Advisor, Mark Schmidt and another employee (Pat?) were very rude and arrogant. They did not have the courtesy to say good morning then turned their back on us to drink coffee as we stood there. When we asked if we could have a rental car due to bringing in two of our cars, the reply was " we don't have any". We finally had to ask if some one could take us home. I felt like we were an inconvenience to them and they had better things to do than to help us.

This whole team is outstanding! Thank you to Marc, Jason and the whole team for always being outstanding!!! This dealership does customer service correctly, Thank you!!
