Don Laughlins Riverside Resort and Casino Review

Queens Nation brought me over! Absolutely fantastic show! Even met the lead later in the casino! Great night!

Most expensive hotel in Laughlin, but the rooms are only average at best. There is a Don Laughlin TV channel and Don says everything in Laughlin is 40% cheaper than Vegas. That is a lie. If you compare like items - hotel rooms, buffet, etc. Vegas is cheaper.

Only R.V. PARK with a laundry mat three washers three dryers $2 a piece.

Stood in line 1 1/2 to check in second of all pool for kids is freezing not enjoyable for them at all most parents who have kids like to relax in Jacuzzi while kids swimming they don't have one by kids pool very disappointed wish Colorado belle was opened been staying there over 10 years great pool set up for family with kids I will not be staying here again and we come from New Mexico

Too much smoking, not a big enough non smoking area and waaaaaay too many bugs

The casino portion is on par with other casinos in the area. The movie theater was a bit lacking, but it was nice that there was even a theater within a casino hotel honestly.

There's lots of fun for family and friends
The movie theater, bowling alley, watch store, antique car room, arcades, the adult and kid pools, bingo, lots of slot machines, good restaurants, and the river of course with a river boat you can ride for free or the bigger river boat you have to pay, and lot of other stuff to do here to.

Can't win and don't agree with service charge we have been coming to the riverside for 27 years and have liked all the amenities but a little disappointed we are here for our anniversary and can't even get a comp prime rib dinner

We are staying here this has been one of our favorite hotels for the past 30 years.The atmosphere is great we love it here.They have excellent food, great entertainment and very friendly and professional staff

We weren't there long but did have fun we will go back

Went there for years and now they treat people bad, obviously the management don't care, bunch of rude people, the housekeeper, dont even answer when i would ask for something, like, i did something wrong towards her, bartenders suck, and they cant even keep the place clean! And they falsely accused us of damaging the room at one point, then received an email with an apology and no explanation, how ridiculous!

The Prime Rib room is the best food & servers are the best! Highly recommend it!

The prime rib room was better than advertised for the price. And the kids kastle was a great convenient way for us to actually enjoy said dinner

it seems like the machines are at least letting you play I've been here 30 years and I quit coming in there because I could spend $300 in nickels not even get a five spot

It has everything there,for Families, Babysitting, Movies, Bowling, Arcade, Gambling, A nice place to stay and visit

The movie theatre is nice, if a bit too quiet. Go during the middle of the day on a weekday and there's no one else there.

Enjoyed my time here. Got to see a movie in a theater for the first time since January. My son always enjoys the arcade.

I do not smoke so the smell of the place bugs me, the mold smell

Probably has pretty good winning odds. Also has small area for non smokers however main casino area is pretty cramped.

Great place for vintage auto enthusiast. Highly recommended.

Had dinner at the hotel which was nice. Staff is friendly.

Went for the Platters Christmas event. Was a great show. However, the group was getting the audience involved with the songs. Some stood to dance and a Grinch from security was telling them to sit down. What a wet rag.

It was very crowded that had a very good time. Cocktails at the bar are very expensive if you're not gambling.

Closed cafe for cleaning but had the buffet open! So excited

(important note!)Ok rooms and service. There are several rooms on the south side of the north tower that have nice balconies that are useless due to two poorly placed grill vents that billow smoke 24/7 across the balcony and in to the room. Made our clothes and the room constantly smell like when you burn off the old stuff on a grill or in an oven. Very gross and inappropriate for vegans or vegetarian or non smoker. (This was on a non smoking floor.)

Social distancing and nice employees. Slots were good too.

We love staying at the riverside there's always something to do

First time staying here with my family and tonight is the first night. I have to say everything has been ridiculous so far. I booked ahead thinking it would speed up the check in process but we stood In a registration line for an hour while only 1 employee checked in guests. First impressions are everything. I requested extra pillows and the employee checking us in said no problem, sure enough we didnt get them. I called house keeping from the room for the pillows, no one answer's and the front desk puts me on hold..... 20 minutes holding I hung up. Debating whether to spend the rest of my birthday weekend here for the next 3 days that we booked. I will never again stay here management doesn't make this right. This is a understaffed nightmare of a hotel so far. On a good note the rooms are spacious.

The place is one of the original hotel casinos, I get that, but very little upkeep to the rooms. Only one (1) elevator was working. Cocktail hostesses are very nice and personable. Buffet was good along with wait staff ensuring you have coffee and water topped off when needed.

Prime rib room very reasonable and menu variety at the 24hr. Riverview restaurant is largely reasonable

Good parking. Great payouts on slots. Lots of room. Good prices on rooms.

The machines don't pay and the rooms aren't nice restaurant has awful food

A river that is feared by Mexicans and all immigrants on the border of Mexico and the United States but here in this beautiful place this river is a great diversion for children and adults

YEAH!! WE VISITED, STAYED OVER-NITE, HAD BKFST BUFFET. OUR WAITRESS HAD WORKED FOR JUST OVER 20YRs, & HAD COME BACK(SORRY i FORGET HER NAME )WE HAD A JOB TO MOVE ELDERLY LADY FROM MOJAVE VALLEY TO THE FOOTHILLS(FORTUNA RD) IN YUMA. WE GOT HER TO HER NEW HOME - SHE'S MOVED-IN!! THNX. asr FONZIE ALFONSO

They have good food, good events, good car displays and good atmosphere.

The worst hotel in Laughlin, after 5 minutes in the casino you will come out smelling like an ash tray that hasn't been emptied in 20 years. The place is too smoky. Make sure to keep the do not disturb sign on the door or you will have the housekeeping staff knocking on your door 2 hours before you have to check out and they may just walk into your room like they did ours.

Dogs should not be allowed in the casino. Saw a small dog pee and poop on the carpet. Not only once, but two different times!! Asked one of the employees about it and they said there's nothing they can do! Many of the people claim they have Service dogs, but that is a flat out lie for most of them. Staff should ask for papers proving the fact or the dog should be wearing a specific harness. Reeks of smoke too. Dark and dingy, badly in need of updating and cleaning.

I would have given a zero star if possible. By far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. To start with I was there for a wedding and had booked well in advance for a room next to the wedding party but when we arrived according to the front desk no reservations existed! We were treated very poorly by management when we tried to explain what was going on, pretty much everything was our fault. We were able to finally get a room at least on the same floor after a long long time speaking to management. While our stay there our toilet went out and would not flush!! We called the front desk and several "plumbers" went into our room to fix the problem with no outcome. Day of the wedding same problem, I had to attempt to get ready with several people behind me trying to find the problem! Not to mention the smell coming from the toilet. Again it felt like everything was our fault, when we tried calling to speak to a manager no one was available. STAY AWAY BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL!!!!

My Kiwanis Club from Rialto CA, did an overnighter and truly had a great time. Friendly staff all around. Really welcomed us. Thanks Riverside Hotel & Casino Resort.

The Riverside is the Best Place in Laughlin by far. The employees are always nice and helpful. If you being your kids, there are lots of things for them to do.

Nice, laid back casino. Great resturants. Older but still pleasant. Charge way to much for a simple bottle of water.

Awesome stay. Great amenities. Family friendly and will for sure be returning with the kids.

My wife and I are big fans of Don Laughlin's Riverside Hotel and Casino. We appreciate their air/room program and whenever there is a flight leaving from MFR, we try to arrange our schedule to fly away to the good times! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to housekeeping! The restaurants & coffee shop are as good as any & better than most. The Gourmet Room is a treat! I personally would like management to consider installing a fitness center. I have suggested this on our past visits. Bottom line: Keep up the good work!

Had plenty of elbow room cause not many people were there. The did good with the social distancing.

It is a.nice casono. Very very friendly employees. I mainly go to Riverside instead of any of the others. Lots to do. Car museum, live entertainment in Celebrity theater (has like oakridge boys etc), movie theater, 4 restaurants, bowling alley, kids castle, lazer tag and more.

his rooms are cleaner than a babys bottem i recomend this resort for everyone

Good buffet and line was not to long for Thanksgiving.
