Today I went in for service because the tire sensor light came on. Howard was the first person to greet and help me, he tried to reset the sensors himself, but found it would require more in depth checking, he sent me over to Paul, who immediately said "let's check you in and get you taken care of", this took place first thing in the morning so from the start, their Professionalism and Customer service was second to none! The issue was resolved and my vehicle is back to normal! Thank you Howard and Paul for your Outstanding Customer Service, I hope the Hewlett family knows what they have in you! One Happy Customer,

The dealership was spotless. The custodian was very respectful and courteous. The salesman Garrett was great, as was Chris Parker, and Naomi in the finance department. At every level we were met with both courtesy and professionalism not often found in the automotive industry. It was a good indication to us that the Hewlett family takes care of their employees.

Tyler was awesome, he was very informative and friendly and was able to get me into the perfect car and out the door in a couple of hours. Brett in the finance office was also very quick and I even had fun chatting with him while going through all the paperwork. Overall it s the best car buying experience I ve had!

I absolutely loved my experience working at Don Hewlett Chevrolet!! The customer service here is top tier. We felt welcomed here when we first stepped foot in the door. I was so excited to work with Keith and Brett, they really did a really job and I totally appreciate them. I love my new car so much I will most definitely be back trust me.

October 28 visit only. I took my car to Express f...

October 28 visit only. I took my car to Express for a new battery because I was told to do so by calling in to service. I was told they tested it twice and the battery tested good. Told to take it over to service. I did take it to service and was told it would be early next week. After renting a car to the tune of over $400.00, I was told it was the battery and that the testing in Express is not as good. They gave me 90.00 off of a $389.00 battery that Express said was 189.00. Point is if you have a dead battery with check engine light on, do not take it to Express. The equipment is not the same. I wrote to Mike Hewlett and asked for half my rental fee and he kindly refused telling me that I was told in the first place it would take a few days. There has got to be a solution to this. The rest of this story is that Express told me the battery was good and it starts fine. I got in it to drive off and the check engine light was on. I called the person back over to my car after he walked off and said what about the check engine light. He said oh, we didn't notice that. Now my review does not show up under the Don Hewlett website reviews. How can you just delete a negative review from your sight

I am very pleased that the service department was very nice and professional. Most of all I got a honest diagnosis regarding the problem that I was having with my car. This is my second visit for car repair and so far I am very satisfied with the service.

My advisor Paul was very friendly. He notified me of work on my vehicle as it was happening. If there was any issues he would call right away and keep me in the loop. After Paul and his team were done with my vehicle, the vehicle ran perfectly and it was awesome being able to drive my car again

Several things always standout at Don Hewlett Services: 1) Unbelievable promptness. The car went in within 5 minutes of my arrival. 2) The Senior Technician kept me in the loop constantly on nature of work required with good counsel. 3) I had asked for an annual auto inspection and scheduled service. This was an extensive service - and it took 1-1/2 hours to complete. 4) They returned the car to the front door - completely washed. Really the best in the business from my perspective.
