October 28 visit only. I took my car to Express for a new battery because I was told to do so by calling in to service. I was told they tested it twice and the battery tested good. Told to take it over to service. I did take it to service and was told it would be early next week. After renting a car to the tune of over $400.00, I was told it was the battery and that the testing in Express is not as good. They gave me 90.00 off of a $389.00 battery that Express said was 189.00. Point is if you have a dead battery with check engine light on, do not take it to Express. The equipment is not the same. I wrote to Mike Hewlett and asked for half my rental fee and he kindly refused telling me that I was told in the first place it would take a few days. There has got to be a solution to this. The rest of this story is that Express told me the battery was good and it starts fine. I got in it to drive off and the check engine light was on. I called the person back over to my car after he walked off and said what about the check engine light. He said oh, we didn't notice that. Now my review does not show up under the Don Hewlett website reviews. How can you just delete a negative review from your sight
