Professionalism, everyone very knowledgeable and friendly. Only issue was the lack of inventory in the model I was waiting for. If it had not been for the relationship established over the years by Nogosi the salesperson, I would have gone elsewhere.
Our experience was great, compared to a lot of other dealer ships we've visited and done business with. The sales rep, Chris Acosta was very patient and understanding of what we wanted. Great place!
They made me very comfortable while waiting and I know I got excellent service on my vehicle. They gave me a full assessment of my vehicle. They work with me so I would meet my budget.
I m a first time buyer and my previous experience with the Acura dealership down the street kind of left me bummed out. Everything happens for a reason because Cody was a true gift ! He stayed until 9:30 helping me get into a beautiful truck. He was honest and didn t give me the run around. The management team is equally amazing. They really do treat you like family! I will be directing all my friends and family to them from NOW ON ! If you haven t yet, go check them out. Excellent selection of inventory, high quality cars for a great price! I was going to write my experience on the dealership service side however after going through the reviews I can see everyone in the area already is aware that Don Davis Nissan s Service Department is garbage.
I m new to the area, less than two month in the state, and decided to give them a try in case the few reviews were one off s . The reviews are accurate. I was there for 4 hours for an oil change. After two hours KELVIN did not call to update me on anything. When I checked in with him after two hours he explained my car was next to go in the shop . After waiting 2 hours what was my car doing? At hour 3 still no update so I check in with the service manager who explains that the actual oil change takes 20-25 minutes so the whole process with inspection should be no more than 2 hours while still penciling in walk ins. By hour 4 KELVIN was no where to be found by me or his employees. A woman came to help me conclude this experience and assist me to the cashier who then charged my card twice(noticed when I got home).
Do yourself a favor NEVER DO ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION.

The service center is awful and takes 3-4 hours for an oil change.
They come back and also tell you that they strongly encourage you to replace $600-$2000 worth of stuff, I get second opinions and no one else has said I need to replace these "Recommended" replacement items.
I have come to the service center 4 times in the past 2 years (For the free oil changes they gave me when I bought the car). I have made appointments each time and have been early to the appointments. I have also scheduled them for the "Slowest" time of the day (earliest morning) each time and it still takes 3-4 hours for just an oil change.
I would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from the service center at all costs. Also DON"T accept any deals about free oil changes etc when buying the car. They are simply not worth it.
I will not be coming back.
I also have received no feed back from any of my negative reviews from Don Davis Nissan which leads me to believe they don't care at all about their customers.
Mauricio A. is a wonderful service department agent! He always makes room for me to bring my vehicle and he really takes care of me. As a single woman, I am comfortable and confident when it comes to car maintenance because he always explains everything to me.
Sam Armardi is very well-rounded, down to earth, personable, professional, car sales representative. Him and his supervisor greeted my Aunt and I with so much warmth. Sam was the key to my comfort, when making my final decision about the purchase. Sam was not made aware but we had left a competitor who didn't create the same experience, in fact, it was one of my worse experiences thus far for my Aunt and I. His greeting and professionalism was a breath of fresh air!!! Thank you so much Sam for your hospitality, answering all the questions my Aunt and I had, and seeing through that we we're well taken care of! You truly have a gift in this line of work and I hope I can come back to purchase my future cars from you Sam for myself and my family. Thank you Nissan for providing an awesome car for a new graduate and nurse!
Went in to take my tire to get patched up , and they lied saying I needed a whole new tire when the nail was no where near the edge of the wall. Charged me $180. Dont come here unless you want to get ripped off. You can go to Forney and get 4 tires for $180.
