got our lovely motorhome from here, kevin in the service dept is a genius, after 3 years the after sales service area are not so professional, but with some prompting they will get it right

Good place to look at Motorhomes and Caravans plenty of choice

Knowledgeable staff and if you enjoy camping this is the place to visit.

Seems to me they will tell you anything over the phone to get you to visit the site and when you get there it is a totally different matter I had a 90 mile round trip and was very disappointed with the attitude of the salesman

We ve wanted a camper van for about 10 years after going to Newquay camping and seeing vans galore and finally found one at don amott. Mark from sales was awesome in sorting all we needed. Seemless transaction.

Be very careful when buying a used van from this company. Sold a van which was still under warranty. When booking in for Hab Check asked for dates to meet with warranty but was given wrong dates for the factory warranty. As a result the warranty claim rejected on sagging seats on my V Line, and complete refusal to take responsibility from the sales director. Shame as i had wanted to use this business for aftersales.

Their aftersales service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. A simple but expensive hab service turned into a fiasco, they had three goes at entering the correct chassis no. on the paperwork and then entered the wrong make and model, they only carried out a visual damp check I had to almost force them to carry out a damp meter check. I will never set foot in this place again.

We have been looking for a secondhand motorhome for a couple of years, but never were able to find exactly what we wanted. Two weeks ago we visited the Don Amott website and found a 2011 Autotrail Apache 700 Automatic. We immediately went to see the motorhome and met with Jason who could not have been more helpful. There was no pressure and we agreed a deal. Our new motorhome was handed over today and we were so delighted with the high standard and professionalism shown by the staff involved. What a pleasure to buy from Don Amott and so nice to deal with Jason !

Only just starting out in the campervan/motorhomes world,so just having a look at the next step up in vehicle,when the time comes.

Amazing site with good parking and great range of stock. Coffee shop/cafe was friendly too. Only negative was that all vans are locked, so you have to note down the items of interest and go find someone to let you in, by which time you have forgotten which vehicle was which!

Great place to buy your accessories. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Make you feel like you re the only customer there. If you have a problem with any purchase no quibble exchange. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. Many thanks to Ash, Gemma and the rest of the team.
