This company is thief. Steeling from their customers and you have no other option. I hate Virginia.

Glad for the monopoly they get over our power thanks to the government. No repercussions when power is out but if you miss a cent of your bill it s the end of the world.

That would be socialism to make them accountable for that! It s the free market!

Never have I been so frustrated with a company that I resort to Facebook in order to warn others. Dominion Energy has a 1.6 star review on Google. Wanna know what's the lowest you can rate something on Google? One star. From 1-5 dominion is rated at 1.6, and even that is a generous rating. The level of incompetence this company enforces on its employees with its restraining and seemingly arbitrary regulations has kept me on the phone with them for at least an hour a day the past 3 days now. You may be wondering, what complicated task was I trying to have Dominion do? Well (get ready for this), I needed to have them... connect the power lines to my meter box, or in other words, simply start my damn service.Unfortunately dominion is the only electricity provider in the area, but at the very least you have now been warned.

It s been almost 24 hrs and we have not had our power back. So careless. Super rude staffs and worst customer service. So disappointed with the quality of service they provide.

Bill doubled in price randomly and they have no email address to contact nor an actual person on their help line.
