***UPDATE *** The final wait time was right at 12 hours, yes "twelve" hours!!!!
If you are delivering here be prepared to wait forever, my last load was a 7 hour wait and this time is already over 6 hours and still 4 trucks in front of me in line. Receiving will not give you any time estimates or anything helpful. AVOID BOOKING A LOAD COMING HERE AT ALL COST!!!
The staff at this facility was super friendly. Try and come close to your appointment bc the lot doesn't have room for you to park besides waiting to pull into the dock. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the loading process took time but it wasnt outrageous. I wanted to get something to eat and one gentleman said I could use his car. Another gentleman brought out a cold bottle of water for me to drink while I waited. It was very generous and I was very appreciative of their kindness. If I'm not delivering a load straight through I would deliver for them again. Super super nice staff members!
Waiting here 20hours still not loading finish.I asked staff many times how long I need take?They always say [wait]!Very very very very slow!!!
You didn't even get in, yet-pay 50 bucks extortion fee, so some nasty guy,with a Napoleon attitude, will eventually "show You the way"..!
Then You wait as long as they got bored to do who knows what with...,U gess...!

As soon as I backed up to the duck black guy started loading me and he was really nice, good job and thank you
I was here on a weekend so not sure about weekdays. Got a door quick now being loaded and almost ready to go. Im thinking 2 hours total which is normal fellas
I pulled up asked a fellow driver a guy that's works here said u here for the Jacksonville FL load I said yes he said pull in door 3 and I get u loaded . Right time I got backed in door the dropped the gate and in 3 min tops my trailer started shaking u said damn they loading me already . Walked to the office he said ur good we get u when ur truck loaded . I walk out to truck figured i would right a review and now 15 min later I got my paper work and I'm fixing to roll . Been to a lot of places since 1999 . This is the fastest I have ever got loaded and had my paper work that fast some place come pretty close . But this is the quickest I have ever been in out of getting live loaded in a very long time . Hats of to the men and women who got me loaded and out on the road to deliver. .
This company is a Joke, probably the owner is no there looking the business, I was there 2 day waiting for my Load ,no one know where is my load they ask for my phone and then they forget about me . Off course everyone work here come out to SMOKE like 10 time to take breaks, they don't work. They spent like 4 hours outside Smoking and talking I don't know what but I'm very sure is no a Manager here 5 driver outside waiting for almost 8 hours and more like me,
If you want to work in a place and do nothing and make Easy money this is the place you can call the 10 time Smoking job. Incredible but if you a driver and come to this place Go and look for a different load because your waiting time is going to be LONG as hell!!!!!
Be ready to waste your log hours I had appointment at 3pm but I came earlier arround 2pm ,the lady use too work in shipping office ( Day time) told me that will get you on door within 20 minutes,but that 20 minutes took 3 ,1/2 hours ,nobody was answering my phone in shipping office ,finally that guy name is Assan helped me and gave me door at 6.30 pm who s loading unloading trailers .definitely he deserves five and all others who work hard and understanding value of the time.
Similar experience to what others have posted already. Arrive 9000 for 1000 appointment. Was told load isn't ready yet. Headed to GM in Covington GA. Got a dock around 1500. Out of there a lil before 1600. Once you get a dock it's fast. But I wasn't the only truck there that day having that experience. About 5 other trucks haphazardly parked around the parking lot waiting. Another downside is that the employees park all over the place. Really tight to turn around for a sight side back. Place is a joke. Won't be back unless the rate is insane. Even then will have to think about it. Be safe drivers!!!!
