This agency is the worst. Called one evening to get some information and the person I spoke to told me to call back during normal business hours and the department I needed would help. Turns out that particular department didn t even exist. And the advocate for Cleveland Heights is not very through.

A place to see if kids or spouses are being harassed. Insures no one is missed (being harassed and lost in the system). It's a public service agency.

I called the number to make a clothing donation. A voicemail came on with instructions to leave a message. I just thought that if a woman were in need she would expect to speak to a person on the other end of the line not leave a message.
