I do not feel like they advocate for home owners. Calls are screened, can not get the property manager on the phone and emails go unanswered.
I do not feel like they deliver on the goals noted on their website. I would not recommend them.

Miri was very unprofessional and I had a poor experience overall with this property management firm. Disappointed to say the least, I would not engage business with them.

They manage rockland square community and as many have stated they are a horrible property management team. They do not respond to emails nor do they return your calls, yet they will not hesitate to charge you a late fee, even if they received the check on time but deposited it late. They are a bunch of crooks. Stay away from them.

This company and it's people SUCK at their jobs. They are lazy thieves and scam artists! They do nothing for you and always make excuses to take more of your hard earned money!!! BEWARE you have been warned.

Takes very long to get a response and to get service repairs done. Nothing gets done in a timely matter. You keep having to call them

Miri is unresponsive to emails and not the easiest to work with. She has even in the past denied that she received emails from me that were clearly delivered. The company is constantly going on extended holidays and breaks for weeks at a time with no way to get in touch with them. They withheld $125 from our security deposit due to a few small areas on the wall with chipped paint.

One positive thing was that the maintenance staff was very nice and helped with a few problems we had. However, I wouldn't rent with them again.

Absolutely useless, horrible company. They take money and do nothing with it. Why my community uses these crooks for anything is beyond me. Cant even take care of an illegally parked car on the block. These people are worthless.

This company is by far and away the most incompetant manager of properties ever.There are too many issues to list just beware if you move to development where they are supposed to oversee.Absolutly the worst....!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible property management company, you can never get an answer from them. Poorely manage their properties.

Why pay for a service you don t get. Street hasn t been plowed yet. Garbage company.

The place is terrible. They don t like to tell unit owners what their maintenance fees actually covers - like insurance if your unit is damaged due to an outside element like rain water getting into your apartment. They like to tell people to go through homeowners insurance, which is NOT true.

If i had known that Dome's staff was so incompetent, I would never have purchased a condo here. They give you false information, claim not to be responsible for maintenance issues in the building which result in flooding, inside the units, and state maintenance will be performed, which doesn't occur .
