Watch out this agency. We purchased the "Dolead Managed Service". The "managed" service is a skype call of some minutes once a month, after 3 months we decided to finish relationship, because they did not help us at all (it's just a robot suggesting things, as Google does itself in Adwords). They claim now that a simple "email" we didn't respond as "we accept" is the year subscription proof, and they are trying to sue us to pay a service we never didn't receive.
