Honestly so rude. They cut my dogs nails way to close to the pink part then complained about how he was crying. I was literally told "can you get him out of here" and I was rushed to pay. My dog has no history of aggression and have taken him to countless other groomers since I travel a lot and we have never had a problem before. My dog has never been so anxious getting out of the groomers as he was getting out of this place. I've never encountered such rude customer service! Highly do not recommend for dog lovers.

Fantastic first experience! Finding a new groomer for your dog can be a nerve-wracking experience, especially when you ve allowed way too much time to pass between haircuts. Gretchen, the owner, went the extra mile to help us feel more comfortable and prepared with what to expect. She and her entire staff were warm and welcoming and took such great care of our Layla. We knew she d have to be cut shorter than we d like, and even so, they did an amazing job - she still looked so cute!

My husband and I took our American Eskimo to be get a trim and his fur to be evened out. Instead they shaved our dog completely down to his skin. When asked why he was shaven, they said it is what was asked for. We never asked for him to be shaven! As professional dog groomers they should know never to shave a double coated dog. Nonetheless, I understand that misunderstandings happen. I asked how the situation could be ameliorated and the manager screamed at me. All I really wanted was an acknowledgement that a misunderstanding had taken place and an apology on their part in the process. Instead the manager blamed me again and said it was a "domestic issue". When I told her that her handing of the situation was unprofessional and that I would leave a review,she replied "go ahead, we don't care". A simple acknowledgement of a mistake would have sufficed. Do not take your dog here!

In response to the owner: I actually paid and tipped BEFORE I saw my dog as it took a few minutes to retrieve him from the back. I have not had issues with the salon in the past, so I didn't think that this would be a problem. Furthermore, he was never shaved in the past and was NOT asked to be shaved during this appointment. These statements are blatant lies as well as the reported length left on my dog. He is shaved down to the skin and I have plenty of photos showing so. I have no issue with Carrie, as she handled the situation cordially. And in my post you can see that I acknowledged that misunderstandings happen. My concern was with the unprofessional behavior and derogatory statements made by the manager when I raised concern. I appreciate the apology, but it doesn't excuse the way the manager treated me.

They always take great care of my little pup. I feel completely comfortable leaving her here. The staff is super friendly, kind, and professional and they are expert groomers. The do a great job on her nails and even brush her teeth. A schnauzer cut isn t the easiest, especially with a nervous dog, but she always returns looking like a million bucks- with a cute little holiday related bandana to top it all off.

This place is a godsend. Our dog is very active and comes home from daycare tired and happy. Have also used the boarding services and was worked in last minute when we had to leave town unexpectedly for a weekend. We have been so pleased with our dog's grooming-- which can be difficult to get right for doodles. We're thankful to have found this business and would recommend for anyone needing daycare, boarding or grooming services!

We had a great experience at the puppy style bowtique! The staff was friendly and listened to what we needed for our pup. Lewis looked so cute after his cut!

I ve been going here with my dog for grooming for a few years now. The staff is so wonderful and make you feel right at home. They make it easy for me to feel comfortable in dropping off my dog because I know he s around happy and loving people. Not to mention the quality of grooming is fantastic, especially for the price! I don t know how they do it, but they make my stinky long hair wiener dog smell like a puppy again!

Can t stress enough how much I love this place! The grooming was amazing and my girl came back happy and looking beautiful! When I ve used other groomers in the past they always botch the cut or hurt my dog and she comes back to me timid. You can tell the owner really cares about her business and the animals! Very personable and professional!

I ve been looking for a new groomer for my schnauzer mix for several months now and I m so happy I found this place! They took great care of my boy and did an excellent job. Very reasonably priced as well. We will be back!

A+ job on my pup and their customer service. They took such good care of her and treated her very well. Amazing owner and staff! Didn't think my pup could look cuter but now she does. 5/5 highly recommend.
