On 1/23/24 I received an email from DoctorsRX telling me "Your MMU Certification Orders are expired or about to expire.
Great news!
We can do a phone renewal in the next 24-48 hours to reinstate it for you."
Well that doesn't seem right so I logged onto the state registry to find I have 3384 hours until renewal. I replied to their email saying. "My card expires in 3384 hours, not 24-48 as your email falsely suggests.
Fuck you for trying to take advantage of people.
Time for a new mmj doctor." Then went back to the registry to gather information for a new doctor only to find that DoctorsRX had me removed.
Wait, what?
I called the state and was told that this is a HIPAA violation. I am the one to report a change in doctors.
I called a new doctor to be told yet again that this is a HIPAA violation.How many others have been sent this email?
Stay tuned. This will be going to Federal Court.
