Doctor's choice home health Reviews

We are currently dealing with this home health service, and they have caused nothing but extra stress. The nurses fail to show up or call back, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone during the weekend. Supplies are late to show up and the nurses don't carry any supplies with them even when told we are out of supplies. We were told we had to wait till new supplies show up. This is the worst service ever.. not sure why it has a 5 star review from a year ago. I never write Reviews online but this is our last resort to see if we get some type of response and service from this health service.

Their services have been great! I was referred to this agency through my doctor and I am very glad I was. My husband got in a car accident, and we made a phone call after getting discharged and they provided us with a nurse the same day. The nurse came over to our house to aid my husband as soon as we left the hospital, she had been very generous, followed up with us constantly, and always arrived on time and fit her availability with ours. The nurse would come over and give checkups occasionally, and we eventually ended up getting physical therapy for my husband, and it turned out great.

I called this place for my grandfather and their service has been wonderful!
1)They had been so helpful on the phone with me, they helped get a nurse to take care of my grandfather
2) My grandfather was having surgery and they sent a nurse to his house right when he went home. The nurse was great, she would come specifically on the days and times we agreed upon.
3) The nurse would always check up on my grandfather, I had talked to my grandfather and he told me about how nice and helpful the nurse had been towards him. He was very happy with the results and service he got from here
I am very happy I came upon this place! It was most definitely worth it. I most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home health services.

I had been referred to the Doctor's Choice Home Health Services from my aunt. I decided to try it out for my grandmother because I had recently tried another home health agency, and their service was horrible. I had no hope in finding a home health service that would work best for my family since I had already had bad experiences with another agency. I am so thankful I came across Doctor's Choice! They have provided great service for my family when we needed them the most. A nurse came to my house 3 times a week to look after and take care of my grandmother. She had been very timely and supportive towards my grandmother. They even set up physical therapy for my grandmother because she had back and leg pain. She seems to be in a better condition now and I am very happy that she is! Would definitely recommend their services.

I highly recommend this home health agency. As a surgeon, I occasionally have patients who need home wound care and/or physical therapy. I ve worked with many organizations, and many seem to cut corners - but not Doctor s Choice. Patients always receive the visits and supplies they need. They communicate back with the physician, and coordinate to make sure patient needs are supplied. Can t recommend them more highly.

Appreciated the care and services by the staff who came by. Very kind and compassionate. Office staff answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable.

Like every business they have helpful people and people just there for a paycheck, lucky I dealt with only helpful people while using this home health service like Artur and Suzy to name a few. I would like to share my experience for anyone who is interested to me and my grandparents they were great.

I wish I could give this company NO STARS. They are horrific! There is no communication, no organization, nothing ever happens when they say it will. They are a third party pass through who is ripping off insurance companies and putting patients through absolute Hell trying to get services and results. Do NOT waste your time with this company. They will literally lie to your face.

I was told by a doctor that it would be best to find an agency that can take care of my mom after her injury. She fell broke here leg and her arm. Been using their service for a month now and its been amazing so far. The nurse is always on time and very friendly. my mom likes her a lot and she helps my mom it all works out great. Haven't had any problems so far. Amazing service. Would hire them again if I ever need to without hesitation.
